The goal of V8 is to be compatible with Chrome's Manifest V3 changes. This required a complete rewrite of the codebase. In the process we tweaked the interface to be slightly easier to read, and also adds more customisation options. - I have a few issues with the extension as is, but the developers have been more than generous with pursuing my suggestions. At a minimum, this program meets my needs. Access to the developers: Priceless.

- More feature packed than rss live links, but I don't like that it still displays entries that are no longer in the rss feed because I use this for service-now so it's showing incidents that aren't returned on a curl request to the same url. I wish RSS live links hadn't been banned from google's store.

- Higher potential than competition while access is redirecting usage to paid platform, in site lock 'feed amount' limitation, recommendations lead users to assume more availability, while lower tier login has no more feeds than the lowest consumption reported RSS 'sites', ironically.

- I'm using this in Opera GX. I really like the UI design in this. What would be really nice is if we could get this as a side bar flyout for Opera. This design would work perfectly as a side bar extension.

- Very useful extension to replace the now-deprecated Zebra RSS I was using previously in Chrome. However, I would like to see the ability to either pin the flyout open, or minimize it when article links are clicked. It closes automatically when links are opened, so you lose your place and then it involves several more clicks to re-open the flyout.

- Works perfect! Love the way that it displays the feed when you visit the website instead of looking at full xml file.

- I'm using this extension in the Vivaldi browser. It works well overall, but I've noticed that the badge number sometimes differs between tabs. It seems that inactive tabs don't always update the badge count properly. Since this is a Chrome extension, I understand Vivaldi might not be officially supported, but I hope the developer can take a look. Thanks!

- Sometime about two weeks ago I think this extension updated and I haven't been able to get it to work since, it's still saying that I have 23 unread updates but when I click the extension it's completely empty. No clue where my feeds went, I've been using this for years, synced to my Chrome profile, and have never had this issue before! So, only one star until this gets resolved.

- Straight and to the point. There's something to be said for a simple extension that doesn't try to overly exert its presence (i.e the feeds I subscribe to are front, and center). I also use this extension as an update checker for Ungoogled Chromium, and so far, it hasn't missed any releases.

- The extension works does what I need. The only inconvenience is that anytime I follow a new feed, it gets to the bottom of the list instead of being sorted the way I chose. I need to manually go to the library to sort the feeds to appear how I want them to.

- The latest version is much too slow. I can't find anything in the settings that could cause this. Shame. Previous version was much better. It may have been more simple but you never had to wait for the posts to show up when you clicked on the feed. Now sometimes the feeds' posts don't even load at all. Unfortunately there's no real alternative.

- This is precisely what I wanted. The extension icon shows the number of unread entries, so with it pinned in my view I am immediately alerted to new content. The free version will show the 50 most recent unread messages per feed, which I think is a good number that falls perfectly between casual users and those that depend on RSS to stay current.

- Great extension! Using free plan and I'm more than happy with available features. Thinking of possible features to be present I'd say feed age based on last update. This way one can simpler clear outdated feeds.
