Description from store Use this extension to sign in to supported websites with Microsoft work or school accounts on Windows (10 and later versions) or macOS (11 and later versions). If you have a Microsoft Entra ID on your Windows or macOS computer, this extension enables improved Single Sign On for supported websites. You may still see additional authentication prompts like multi-factor verification depending on the access requirements for various applications, resources, and organizations. This extension is required for certain device-based conditional access policies for Microsoft Entra ID. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/conditional-access/concept-conditional-access-conditions#supported-browsers For macOS, this extension requires the device to be managed and requires the additional installation of Company Portal: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/user-help/enroll-your-device-in-intune-macos-cp Note: If you are experiencing difficulties with signing in or accessing resources, it could be related to your organization’s device policies. Please submit a support ticket directly to Microsoft through your tenant’s subscription. The developer email address for the extension is not an avenue for customer support.

  • (2023-08-25) Marcin Matelski: Works just fine, especially when you have corporate-enrolled, conditional access restricted PC. Tested on Chrome and Brave browsers. You all should read why this plugin is needed or why your corporate admin might need it before installing/rating.
  • (2023-08-17) Cheese Burger: Make this removable. This extension is actually dog.
  • (2023-08-02) Jianhui Ho: We have an issue where the user is having two Microsoft accounts. So it typically shows up with two "Connected on" windows accounts in the browser. However, it is impossible to have one or the other windows account set as the default or fixed account to use in that browser profile. Eg. sometimes the Single Sign On uses account1, sometimes account2. And it's really really frustrating. Previously without this, we could have separate browser user profiles fixed so that each account is only logged into one single browser profile. Now both user accounts show up and impossible to remove. Could you please make a way to select only one user account to passthrough to that particular browser profile?

  • (2023-06-22) Manuel H. (Manu H.): Working fine on Win 10 and 11 clients. But is not working on Win 2016 Terminal Server or greater. Any known issues? (Edge SSO is possible on the Terminal Server). In Chrome, my windows AD account is not reflected, and if i type in my AD credentials manually i get the "can't get here from there" error. Regards Manu

  • (2023-06-13) Diego Portilla: I'm not able to access my outlook from google chrome, supposedly installing this would solve it but it has not
  • (2023-05-15) Eric Richards: Have a customer that force-installs this plugin into their corporate Chrome browsers. I'm not sure what it does, exactly, but it breaks something with bog-standard AzureAD logins. Remove the plugin, and Office365 logins work fine, put the plugin back in, and everything breaks. The developer contact email address doesn't accept emails, so I don't know how better to get in contact with whoever is responsible at Microsoft to figure out what needs to be done to fix things.

  • (2023-03-15) toki kanno: Still can't login into MS teams after installed.
  • (2023-03-03) Stephen Stryhalaleck: No frills, but as the IT Admin this helps with SSO. For it to be useful you need to have your laptop on Intune as well and signed in with your work or school account.
  • (2023-02-22) Stefano De Gerome: It won't work, I still have to sign in manually each time.

  • (2022-03-22) Skolen suger min: den ble lagt til av administratoren min, men det er ingenting jeg trenger.
  • (2022-03-04) Rohan Lewis: Does not work on Windows 11, do you have a new one for windows 11 devices
  • (2022-02-25) John Baldwin: Only barely works. If Azure Services wants me to log in after leaving the browser idle overnight, after I log in, Azure reports "You can't get there from here," and "you need to install the Windows Accounts extension." Which is already installed. The only reason I didn't give it 1 star and say it's abysmal is that I can click a saved link into Azure Services after that, and it lets me in anyway. (But this might happen even with the browser extension uninstalled!)
  • (2022-02-24) Rusty Hester: This worked great for a while in my environment until the last update. I didn't change any of my GPO's or settings, even rolled back my VDI to see if a security update broke it, nope. It now gets stuck on "Redirecting" and stays there. If i go to the extension and either turn on or off the "Allow incognito" It will start working again until cache is cleared. If it is on, i turn it off, if it is off I turn it on "Fixes" it.
  • (2022-02-18) Schio Alves: "The Chrome extension is not supported on your version of Windows. You need to be on Windows 10 version 1703 or higher." Ain't Windows 11 21H2 higher enough for you, Microsoft? You can't get your own addon to work with your own OS.
  • (2022-02-18) Anthony Cotton: Deployed in my organisation and a handful of people are having intermittent issues with the device ID not populating. Tried to contact the developer and got a bounce back: The groups only accept messages from people in their organization or on their allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the lists. Anyone know how to contact the developer? #Microsoft
  • (2022-02-10) Anthony Thomas: I dont even know what this does, i was asked to install at work. where is the description of it?
  • (2022-01-18) Phil A: From Chrome settings: "The administrator of this device has installed extensions for additional functions: Permissions * Read and change all your data on all websites" No need to add anything.
