• (2023-02-23) Farran: I loved this extension, but a few months ago I noticed that some pages are unreasonably slow, but are fine in Incognito. Today I tested by disabling each extension one at a time to find the culprit and, sadly, it was this one! Notably, Google Translate takes ~6 seconds to load, compared to less than 2 with this extension disabled. And now I found the problem, I open this extension's page in the Chrome Extensions webstore and find that everyone else is having the same problem. Sorry to say, goodbye! I hope the developer manages to fix this problem soon.
• (2022-08-15) J Gilbert: Causes some sites to take FOREVER to stop loading thus making it IMPOSSIBLE to use any kind of text boxes in pages. Uninstalled!
• (2022-07-18) Chris Shaw: Great when it works, but some pages seem to get in an infinite reload loop. You can click the "Disable on this website" but it doesn't seem to take, meaning your only option is to disable the extension, or view in an incognito window. • (2022-05-20) Eric Fox: This extension made many web loads take 10 to 100 times longer. I tracked it down when I realized that disabling all extensions totally resolved my sluggishness. The other 30 cause no issues, but this one is night and day.

• (2022-04-08) Dion Alde: Recently discovered has been the issue with Reddit with comment sections larger than 100-200 comments causing severe slowdown to the point I have to close the tab. Uses 100% CPU in chrome's dedicated Task Manager when trying to load a comments page. Don't know what changed. Could be malicious for all I know.

Other than that it is very good, even works immediately after activation of extension without having to reload the page with the overlay cookie banner/notice.

• (2020-01-09) Chris Vydas: I too found this extension to work better than all the rest of them, it even works on the tab you're reading at the instant the install finishes, the banner disappears and there's no need to reload the page. It even works on mobile browser. Very good. Every news site that resorts to this type of annoyances which is pretty much all news sites like cnn, Forbes, etc that my news feed links to. Sad it has come to this but thank the heavens for this beauty.
• (2019-10-10) Snoopy Hobbes: Great extension! I am so sick of cookie banners on so many websites. I installed this and it immediately removed the banner from the website I was reading. I tried it on some other sites and it even removed an annoying "sign up for our newsletter" popup. Really nice.

• (2019-09-11) Pierre Chilès: Great extension to get rid of all useless cookie acceptance banner that ruins the browsing experience - of course to be used with an extension such as "Privacy Badger" of EFF to prohibit tracking. Nevertheless this extension is quite new and far from perfect. Some websites are just no more accessible and, worst, sometime the app's button to deactivate it on blocked website does not work... and you have to uninstall the app to make it work again. Anyway in such a case I reinstall the app just after as really it's mostly doing a good job. Devs, keep going!

  This extension works wonderfully and I'm very grateful of that. However, sometimes the extension also hides/deletes the slider of the website (I know very likely the web owner will include the slider inside some script precisely for these apps to erase it), but is there a way to add an exception for sliders to keep them working? Thank you in advance.

  Hello, please check the functionality on the Google Translate website. For some reason, it makes it take >6 seconds to load, instead of less than 2. In the Network log recorder tab of Inspect, I can see that the longest request item is consistently 'batchexecute?rpcids=...', always causing a hang whilst it waits for the server to respond. This is always longer when the extension is running (700+ms vs ~100ms).

  Hi and thanks, apologies if this is a bit long but I think if you specify it in the description it would be helpful. The banners ask if you accept cookies or not. You can usually also put to accept only the essential ones, refuse etc.. Does this extension accept cookies or reject them? If it hides the banner from cookies, what happens?
