It doesn't work. Was looking for Pesticide while taking the Web Development Course from App Brewery. After looking at Reddit, found a different extension "Pesticide for Chrome (no hover bar)" with the fix the course suggests (right click the app, click "Manage Extensions", scroll down and "Allow Access to File URLs") works like the Pesticide the course uses.
