BUGS I ENCOUNTERED: While the site itself keeps me signed in, when I use the extension, I need to sign in every time. Editing works fine, but applying the updates doesn't seem to do anything. On screen, you can click OK as many times as you want, but there's no indication said edits are being applied to the video or how long it's going to take. You can, however, click cancel edits without any problem. System Audio Glitch: I was trying to record a scene of a TV show I liked on Netflix. I had done this about a dozen times before without any issues. This time when reviewing the footage, audio was incorrectly layered over the visuals; it started too early. Maybe it was this episode in particular, but over the span of two days I could not get this bug or the other one mentioned to go away.

  Hi there, I have been using Hippo for a bit over a year and it's really good. I got all five referrals so normally recording time limit caps at 2 hours, but lately it has been stopping at 15 minutes. I even tried getting another referral since I think that helped last time I had this issue but nothing is working so I wanted to see if that is something that can be restored on my account.

  I will be honest. Hippo video is really great. So simple to record, edit, share, etc. I love how hippo video gives you a 7 day trial (I dont know why people are saying 3) of the premium, and the best part about that: You don't have to enter your credit card info. You are then forever free, and you can even refer 5 people (or a review, 1 review=1 referral) to get free premium access for a year. The only downside is that you need to have the extension downloaded to screen record, when they are free screen recorders on the internet which might make people go to there instead, if for example the owner of the chromebook (like admin) blocked extensions. However, this is still a great video recorder, editor, and if you like Kapwing but hate its 7 minute free export limit per video, or Wevideo but already used up all your free space, you should use Hippo Video. I give this service 9/10 hippos.

  I was drawn to the application because -- frankly, taking a screenshot has become too complicated. You used to only have to press "Print Screen" and that generated a Screen shot.   Hi, so I have been having this issue lately with the extension where it would randomly crash for no reason and it signs me out when I use it. Sometimes it would crash as I would be recording and I wouldn't notice it until I decided to end the recording or it would crash immediately. I have no clue what causes the signing out issue, when I click on the application to start a recording it pops up at the little sign in screen when I have already been signed in and it says "Initializing recording" at the bottom of it. I will sign back in but then it just takes forever to actually initiate the recording. I do not know if it is my laptop, it may be, or if it is the extension, I can't count how many times I have had to remove and reinstall it but I do really enjoy using it, it's the best one that I have found and I would like to keep using it.
