Nothing else out there does this, plus many more settings..Thank you UPDATE 5 days after install, it want $3 month for sharpness, no go , using magic actions free. Today requires to pay $36 year for options very disappointing, no sharpness setting.
- (2025-05-15) Joe Joseph: The Gamma feature no longer works while using Youtube. It did originally and it was better for dark videos than using brightness. I hope this can be fixed. UPDATE: I actually removed then re-added this extension and now the gamma works again. FYI incase anyone else has this issues. I believe the recent Chrome update caused the problem.

I just have one question, I'm asking to make sure: Is it normal that after a few days the gamma function is blocked with a message to purchase the full version, or maybe that's abnormal and something weird is with my version of extension?

I haven't had the issue with Video Styler. I'm giving 2 stars because I can see it increases the brightness so it works in that regard but nothing I do can get it to not tank the framerate.

- (2025-03-19) Reimu Daze: The best extension ever, I regularly watch horror game playthroughs, often the videos are far too dark to watch in most parts due to video compression on YouTube and other factors but this extension solves that problem, meaning I no longer have to jump through hoops to change my desktop's gamma values just to be able to watch one YouTube video properly! Update: Unfortunately I had to remove 2 stars, not sure if this is a new thing as I recently reinstalled the app after reinstalling windows. The application ceases to offer the Gamma function and a few others, prompting you to add 3$ a month to your no doubt already busy list of monthly fees. While the app would otherwise be perfect, the sudden introduction of a monthly charge makes alt tabbing to my Nvidia control panel to change the Gamma value temporarily for the video not so bad after all to me. I was not aware this software was partially a trial(most features are still available for free though) but was unpleasantly surprised with the most important feature to me being behind a monthly bill. I would gladly pay for this app once for a higher price, don't get me wrong, but certainly not a monthly fee.
