Bazza is a simple to use bookmark manager focused on manual syncing.
Confidential material can be spread through other insecure services, best to handle syncing yourself.
You don't need an email account or app login to sync bookmarks(marks) just export your files and share them around. Share them with another computer, your friends, your mum you haven't messaged in a while
The files are very basic JSON if you would like to get down and dirty.
