Each Midnight Lizard's color scheme works on all websites and will never become outdated. There are many predefined color schemes and you can install more from midnight-lizard.org

Having several sensitivities, and suffering from long hours off looking at my monitor, I now have fullly adjustable control. Soo much relief. I'd never do without. I was astonished to see that you can custom set each to it's own individual settings!!!

- (2023-05-01) 平井伸治: 機能としては以下が可能。 ・デフォルトで１０個ぐらいのカラースキーマから選択可能。 ・スキーマは拡張機能のホームページから追加も可能。Monokai, Draculaなど数十種類ある。 ・スキーマが合わなければ、サイトごとに背景・ボタン・テキストなどごとに輝度・コントラストなどをカスタマイズ可能。 使ってみた感じでは、カラースキーマで簡単に設定出来たり、細かなカスタマイズもできるのは良く、ダークリーダー系では１番使いやすいと感じた。 気になった点としては、カスタマイズできるのはよいけど以下のようにサイト内の一部が動作しない場合には対応が難しい。 ・Amazonの書籍の角が丸くなる。 ・Amazonの「よく一緒に購入されている商品」が暗く表示されるが設定方法がわからない。 また、Github上では3年ぐらい変更が無い。Googleグループでのやり取りはあるが今後改善されていくのかは不安。 使っていたがやはり表示が重たくなるので辞めた。便利なんだけどね。

- (2023-01-24) Izay Abbas: Fairly useful for some sites. However, there are some problems here and there. When I use it on Docs, it just blocks the whole color menu. Circle frame images on some sites also become square for some reason? Aside from that, not too much of a problem. Would recommend for fun or aesthetic purposes.

- (2022-08-21) Yahrite Fohb: I got this extension for the purpose of making the background of proton mail emails darker, since dark reader has so many issues. The interface for this is quite bad and it's really difficult to dial in a theme the way you like it. But, the kicker is it causes a substantial amount of lag. While writing an email in protonmail, because I type fast, it's noticeable behind the letters I am typing since there is now a delay. IE, typing half a sentence before it is displayed. Will continue the hunt for an alternative to dark reader. This isn't it.
