- All around pretty excellent and gives me safe browsing wherever I go. Haven't had much trouble with disconnects, just the websites and apps that are fighting the VPN constantly, like streaming sites and sites that require a location. Learned to work around these issues and I am happy with what I've got. Wonderful product.

- I've subscribed to Surfshark for over 4 years. The reason I purchased Surfshark was to allow access to other information. The USA's news, web searches, etc. IS SENSORED! Surfshark allowed me to see this and to get more of the facts (hint: Fact-chekers are BIASED and SENSORED). When I started using Surfshark it was fantastic, a game changer. Fast, easy to use, good Anti-virus, logon and changing countries stable with only very rare disconnects. Now, with the much greater popularity (subscribers) I've been having persistent problems. REGULAR disconnects, timeouts, and errors. Is Surfshark stretched beyond its infrastructure? Is Surfshark NOT investing in its network? Sure, seems like it. I have begun pondering which other services are better. Get on the ball, Surfshark or get ready to loose a lot of customers...

- I've been having a lot of problems with SurfShark VPN. I have to pause or disconnect the VPN multiple times daily to access bank accounts and other services, particularly on shopping cart checkouts. Oftentimes, I get a non-descript error or timeout, and after 2 or 3 attempts, it dawns on me to turn off the VPN. Disconnecting the VPN allows the transaction to go through. This is very, very annoying. I am very frustrated and have started shopping for a different VPN despite my 2 year subscription with Surfshark. I should have tried for 30 days to verify compatibility.

- Surfshark vpn extension streaming is great no question about it. The downside is I had to disconnect my VPN to go thru internet connection. I wish surfshark can able to do something about the issue. The only thing I give 5 stars because tech'l support staffs are very helpful.

- I'm not the most tech savvy person but I had no trouble getting set up with surf shark. I'm currently living in Thailand but wanted to be able to log into sites in the US that don't allow logging in from other countries. . to pay utility bills etc. I'm able to log in without any troubles. I also feel safer given what's happening in the world right now. The fact that my IP address does not show where my actual location is gives me peace of mind. Price wise there isn't anything out there that comes close. The next closest competitor was triple what I'm paying for surf shark so that was a no brainer for me.

- Can not get connection in the extension when the network is on "Organization" which is blocking all third party websites, but windows app is working. Hope you guys fix this issue, or guide me to use PROXY in chrome browser instead of using VPN App entire system wide ( which is slow but connecting even on "Organization" network )

- Hey, My Country Is Blocked In Some Sites Or I Am Ban, I Have An Internet iusse beause of that i need vpn, other vpn works but when i tried this i didnt got acess to enter the website(beause of my internet iusse), when i used a diffrent vpn i got acess to the site, could you pls fix it, maybe changing it or whatever, if you are expecting this just my network problem, no i needed vpn for that and your vpn requries login when i try to acess the website,yea just the internet iusse, i am gonna give it a 5 stars still,not bieng mean!
