- I'm sure Surfshark is doing its job However it is making the computer very slow. I cant open a lot of window's in the google surch without disabling surfshark. If some one from Surfshark knows how to correct these things contact me please.

- Great price/value. My VPN constantly drops out, which i have to say I am not happy about. Every other day I have to spend time restarting the service, which does not happen instantaneously. If this did not happen I would give 5 stars. I have an up to date downloaded app. Please advise the fix.

- I have been Using Surfshark since 2 years but recently whenever I connect the Surfshrk VPN through my Laptop I cannot be able to get a faster internet. And also I cannot open any web page since internet is too slow. The upload speed and Download speed are very low. Please rectify this problem.

- For a while Im having an issue with the app itself on MacOS it just doesn't want to open. I have contacted support they have tried to help ( update/delete the app/download it again/ system settings etc etc...) but we could not solved the issue so they have advised to get the chrome extension which has worked but now it started to disconnect and causing a pain in the butt.. probably just gonna try something else see where it goes. To be fair it was an awesome VPN before and can not really say anything bad to customer service either... perhaps a bit too slow in terms of getting in touch with you but these days what's not slow?

- This extension used to be okay, but no more. Impossible to "Disable" - now have to REMOVE instead! All of my other extensions still work correctly.

- I have no experience with other VPN services. Having said that, this Surfshark service have been absolutely amazing since I've had it for the past several days. The speeds are blazingly fast (they have upgraded all their servers to the new high speed ethernet standard) and they have apps for Android-based streaming media devices (e.g. Amazon TV, Google TV, Apple TV) and of course, all typical computer operating systems like Android, IOS, Windows, Linux, and MacOS if you don't want to use their browser extension. Or you can use both for total control over what is routing through the VPN and what isn't. Prices are competitive too. And for the technical people, they support several routers like certain TP-Link models if you want to install their service inside the router itself. They have extensive "how to" articles on their site. And perhaps most importantly, they use the new super fast VPN protocol "WireGuard", which is not widely supported yet by other VPN services. I know I sound like a sales person, but I'm not. I'm just very, very impressed. #sweepstakes
