I get a small screen: "www.loom.com wants to see text and images copied to the clipboard". Moreover, this app pretends to be free but asks an astonishing amount of US$198 per year. Come on guys... what kind of scam is this? Just remove it!

(2023-10-10) Lanier Logan: I have been a paid user of loom for over maybe 2 years now. In the last 6 months there has been consistent issues with loom screen recording. As of last week I screen recorded several meeting only to review there was NO SOUND! Now it consistently requires me to check my google chrome permission settings on my macbook only for it to stop working. This is incredibly frustrating especially since I have collected a library of videos on my account that I could forsee based on these comments would be challenging to download and or transfer. Can someone from loom contact me to fix this?

(2023-09-09) Mark Lyne: It was okay when it was working. After the latest update when I click on the loom logo in my Extensions tray it no longer opens anything. I've made sure that Chrome is updated to the latest version. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Loom extension and it still doesn't work.
(2023-09-07) M. Coleman: Good for a quick meeting, however, if there are ANY issues recording be aware that you *CANNOT* recover the video when using the Chrome extension. Use their desktop app if you want more features and the ability to recover videos.

(2023-06-20) Grayson Ansel: so here's my story, I was trying to create a small video for 7 minutes and it ended up taking me 1 hour to get it to work, the worst part is that it only recorded 5 seconds which I needed at least 5 minutes of my recording, i was making a video for my work and the last 2 minute were just about how i was late he other day, so my presontation for my work is ruined and I got fired!
