• (2025-05-26) Hajer Bouraffa: The absolute worst experience I've had with an extension or otherwise. I had installed it believing it would save a chrome session as is with tab groups, instead when I tried saving the tabs from a window it closed EVERYTHING and since I had 80+ tabs in that window, it exceeded the 60 tab limit so not only did I lose the tab groups which had everything organised but also so many tabs that were above the limit. It would've made sense to put the limit warning BEFORE closing everything now all my progress is lost. This was by far one of the worst things I’ve dealt with in anything tech-related.

• (2025-05-02) Manmeet Sodhi-Raab: Toby has been a great organization companion for me. I like working with 100 tabs open but that isn't a feasible or advisable thing to do. I also do not like losing time looking for the correct tab. Toby has helped organize my work and increased my efficiency. The only thing that I do not like is the pricing. I appreciate that they have discounts for educators, but the plan itself for others is quite expensive.

I've recommended Toby many times . However, I wasn't sure I was going to pay full price, mayyyybee I'd consider $20 for the year. However, I was ecstatic to see they offer it for free for educators. Verification was simple and took less than 24 hours. Will continue to recommend. Grateful!

• (2025-04-04) Armin Pasic: I've been using Toby for a while now, and it's incredibly useful and practical for managing tabs. It keeps everything organized and helps reduce tab clutter, which is a lifesaver when juggling multiple projects. I’d love to see future updates with features like more themes and the ability to add descriptions to saved tab groups—but even without those, it’s totally worth it. Great tool that makes everyday browsing much more efficient!

• (2025-03-13) Deewai Abdullahi: If you are someone who works with other people, this is a game changer. Being able to share tabs with your colleagues is really helpful. As a software engineer, there are multiple applications I and my colleagues use everyday, having this in a collection where i could open them in 1 click is really great. Also for new team members, we could just add them to the organization and they automatically have access to these collections and tabs easily. This is also a great tool for personal use, especially for someone like me who usually has over 80 tabs open at once. This helps me manage my tabs better and also save a lot of memory

I have been using the tool since 2020 and it has transformed the way I organise my web resources - per topic, project and clients. I can share a collection with another user which is also really helpful when collaborating on something. And... I have not had a single technical hick-up, and I think this is extremely rare! So highly recommended!

What I love most is the ease of use--just save a window and be able to close it quickly. I also love the various display options, and the ability to have separate workspaces. I've tried alternatives and Toby just has the easiest and most pleasing interface to use!

Been using for a little over a year, I can`t get enough. Toby is so easy to use, you can be almost be blindfolded and not mess things up. Everyone needs Toby in there lives because I don`t know how us as humans managed keeping bookmarks in the past! • (2025-03-07) Sarah Vickers: Toby has been a huge part of my professional and personal career for over 7 years now. I am one of those people who always has WAY too many tabs open on my computer and phone. Toby is great because it has helped me organize and I don't get worried about losing information or resources for work or regular life because it's so easy to use. It's really easy to organize: -Create organizations (for some people who use this as a company this could be multiple, but I just have the one) -Within the org, create spaces. These spaces are nice because you can create areas for different things. I have several. For example, resources for my career, links to remember for work along with work spaces and resources, a collection for health (such as mental health and habits), cooking, etc. -Within each space, you can have different collections. So for instance, inside my career space, I have collections for books and resources I've learned about, pages related to different courses I've taken, and many other collections of wisdom and data from over the years. Overall, Toby is by far one of my favorite discoveries and most-used tool out there!!
• (2025-03-07) Beth Carr: Last year, I had to do some major maintenance on my laptop's OS to keep it working and while doing this, it wiped out all my bookmarks that had been categorized by clients and important destinations I used daily. When I discovered Toby, it was a game-changer. The ease in which I am able to drag and drop and save sessions has helped me organize thoughts and projects in ways I couldn't imagine prior. Toby is always open and always helping me win.

I work in education and it's so helpful to keep track of the links needed for a variety of reasons (different classes, daily use, work in progress, etc.). In addition, I love the ability to share the links with anyone. It makes life so easy when I have a group of tabs I need to share with others.
• (2025-03-07) Beth Kennedy: I honestly cannot imagine organizing my tabs without Toby! I am a therapist and have tons of websites I like to use, plus log notes to write etc. every day. I have been using Toby for just over a year and it has probably saved me DAYS of time already! This tool is well organized and very user friendly. I figured it out quickly and it did not take me too much time to set up my bookmarks in their system. Once I had my system in place, adding new students and new websites has been a piece of cake. I would highly recommend this tool!

This tool automated opening all those tabs and made it so I just need to click one button which is great. Also the link modifier is GREAT. No more going to the wrong subdomains. Thank you Toby!

• (2025-03-02) Jeslin Johnson: Been using Toby for a couple of years and was pretty satisfied. Had around around a 1000 tabs saved in it. And suddenly, bam! They have gone paid, and I cant save any more tabs. The price is hefty too. Thankfully there are other options available online for free (wont name it here). Look at Reddit discussions to see how to export all toby saved data and import to other free solutions which are even better!
• (2025-03-01) Gillian Gordon: Toby is the most amazing tool to have in my Chrome Browser. I tend to be the "Tab Queen" with masses of tabs open in different windows. Toby saves me from my chaos as the tabs I need are always there ready to open without fear of losing them. I love Toby so much, would definitely recommend subscribing. Especially as there is an amazing discount for educators. Try Toby, you will never go back!
• (2025-02-28) Doctor J: Worst company. First they make a system and say its free and make people move to their ecosystem. Then they suddenly announce that they need a subscription model, and that our data can no longer be stored there. It doesnt even offer much to be worthy of the expense.

I happily forked up for the paid version to get the extra bells and whistles. I also highly reocmmend the mobile app for grabbing sites when you;'re on the go for access anywhere. The visual map and organization Toby provides is truly second to none. Keep up the good work gang!
• (2025-02-27) Brian Cooper: I have been a happy Tobu user for years! I've tried many tab management tools over many years but Toby solves more of the challenges than any others I've used. And they continue to improve. Toby is truly portable from one device to another and works across all my browsers. It's great at managing my collections. Speed has improved over the years and functionality and usability have improved. The support team is responsive and helpful. My on;y request today is to make it easier to find and manage duplicate tabs. There is some rudimentary functionality for that now, but it's not there yet. Otherwise, it's a great tool.
• (2025-02-27) Parsa Mivehchi: I've been a long time user of Toby, found it during 2020s and It's been a huge game changer, I usually do lots of research and have a ton of tabs and links open, Toby lets me quickly save huge amounts of tabs all at once, find them at a later time and also recently discovered on the paid version they allow removal of duplicate tabs (which is a great addition) Cannot recommend Toby enough! Thank you to the Devs for making a really useful extension and making every day a little easier :)
