Here’s what some of our users have said: “We needed a Shared Mailbox for G Suite - currently using Google Groups (and we’re old Google Inbox users also). Have also tried Hiver, Streak and Gmelius. All great solutions but Drag is top-of-class and more than fits the bill.” “I was chomping at the bit for this!!!! Now I have it, I’m in love with it. I am in project management, so on top of managing myself I have to manage a lot of others. While I have to-do systems such as Trello, Hiver and Gmelius, most of those to-dos are spurred from emails (or an email that has a lot of information)." “We’ve previously used tools such as Wunderlist, Asana, Streak, Evernote, Todoist, Any.do, Trello, Hiver however they’re all focused on managing Tasks inside a tool. I need to manage my tasks inside my inbox. Booooom, then Drag came a long. Honestly, it’s the most productive Chrome extension I’ve used in years. Thanks Drag, I’m an official Dragster now!” Check out more reviews at: ➤ https://www.g2.com/products/drag/reviewshttps://www.capterra.com/p/173949/Drag/ PRIVACY & GDPR We are committed to respecting everyone’s privacy and design our services in order to best achieve this. • (2021-05-02) Ralph Schoenfelder: Does not work at all, I didn't manage to get it working. Seems very buggy, the extensions does not change anything in my Gmail, click on enabling it does nothing. Inkognito doesn't work either. If tried to activate with my Goggle account but a 504 Gateway timeout occurs. Tested with two different Gmail accounts, both the same. Very sorry, we were ready to pay for it.
  • (2021-01-21) Scott Golas: I was a big fan at first. Several times submitted bugs and functionality ideas. Howeeeeeeeeeever, twice in the last week, all our data has vanished... not cool when you using for project management. It eventually repopulate but only after we inquired and were told we're doing maintenance. Who does software maintenance in the middle of the day across N. America without notifying your user ahead of time. It happened again today, no notice, no access to support - simply unacceptable. Getting ready to have a staff meeting and review projects and have nothing. Un$&#%ing believable.
  • (2021-01-08) Lori Grapentine: I could never get Drag to work well despite very close work with Drag support. I felt like I was unintentionally a beta tester. Once a fellow member of a board I'm on told me that my emails were coming through with multiple strange attachments, I finally disabled the extension, which solved the problem. I was then charged **$216.00*** for another year of service recently, with no reminder email ahead of time, like I receive from professional software companies. I emailed Duda Bardavid, who I'd worked with closely to try to get the product to work, to let her know I had enough problems with the app that I did not want to renew, and asked for a refund. She emailed me back that "we couldn't find any cancellation request before the restart of your billing cycle so unfortunately we cannot issue a refund." I told her I was sure she could indeed issue a refund, but she has not. I reenabled the extension today only to write this review. I can't imagine that any reputable company would install this software to run their business, given the problems I had as an individual.
  • (2021-01-07) Daniel Shoemaker: I posted this in a different location, they attempted to contact me and stated that it was due to my usage that I had these issues. That I had additional add-ons in my Chrome Browser, I do not have any add-ons and I still don't appreciate them stating that they have to have their founders review their own product. It affected my work and caused several negative situations and their attempt to contact without offering real solutions irked me a bit more. I wish them all the best in figuring out how to create a working app but I do not recommend it and I do not appreciate what they said to me. The interface is terrible, I sent several emails and the program caused the emails to not only be unsent, but also for drafts to be deleted. Completely unacceptable, affected my work efficiency greatly. It caused a great deal of lagging and dragging would cause emails to be deleted. Essentially, I felt like I had installed a virus onto my email and I became very uncomfortable with it. Do not recommend, STAY AWAY! Their employees and founder leave 5 star reviews, not user based and decreases the legitimacy of the app.
  • (2020-12-30) Mark Jefferson: I use Trello a lot so it's an appealing idea to organise my emails in the same way. First impressions are that it needs more work. Good that I can create my own columns and put due dates on cards. But why don't cards show Google's labels? Seems like an obvious mistake to create a duplicate tagging system and force users to adopt that instead. My inbox comes with a long history of labelling so Drag will never win over that. It might seem like a small point but it's a major barrier to my adoption right now.
  • (2020-11-12) Nicolas Paquet: Its great to manage email workflow of a team whit Gsuite 5/5
  • (2020-10-31) Sally William: It does not work after loading.
  • (2020-10-31) Daniel Rezende: It worked at first now it only show old emails. New emails don't come in... When I disable the extensions they show.
  • (2020-07-06) Sai Lakshman: My Drag is not working?
  • (2020-04-14) Kiah Edwards: I liked the app until today when it started adding "sent by drag" to my email signatures even when I was not in board mode. I don't want to have to x off sent by drag every email I send from the chrome browser. Note this just started happening today and it doesn't affect emails sent from my phone or browsers other then chrome.
  • (2020-03-23) Adam Butt: The app forces you to enter your credit card to use the trial, I tested the app for a few minutes and didn't like the user experience. I requested a refund within a 10 mins and they said they couldn't provide a refund. Customer service was awful, they acknowledged that I signed up and cancelled within 10 mins, but won't provide a refund even though I don't like the software. I do not recommend this app, it was very confusing!
  • (2020-02-28) Chris Aguirre: Not as intuitive as anything named "Drag" should be. The three most frustrating: I couldn't drag to a column off screen, deleting an email in Drag view (sometimes?) left it in native Gmail inbox vie, and deleting in native Gmail view left (some?) things in "Drag" view. I'm not a Gmail power user but wouldn't mind some effective "housekeeping" support but I simply never felt like Drag was doing anything to make my Gmail life easier. I have a love/hate relationship with Trello, but Drag is not Trello and doesn't seem to effectively mimic its most successful functionality.
  • (2020-02-19) Cindy Morus: I don't see any difference in my Inbox and there are no instructions except " you already know Gmail so no training is needed".
  • (2020-02-19) Hugh Gage: Good idea but identified two problem within first 5 mins: 1. Can't seem to view emails with images in them with Drag toggled on 2. Can send email to folders in Gmail but can't short cut finding those folders by searching for them, this saves (me) a LOT of time in standard GA view. SUMMARY Some useful productivity added but at the expense of other productivity features in standard Gmail
  • (2020-02-18) Tia Wood: This app is wonderful and exactly what I am looking for. However, the marketing to get me to upgrade (which I planned on doing) is way too aggressive. They add a link to every outgoing email. If you remove it, it results in a pop up that normally can be closed but doesn't display correctly on my screen so I have to refresh the page to get rid of it. There are other things like that, that annoyed me to the point where I was completely turned off from the app. It gets worse once the trial expires. Now I fear if I upgrade that I will be bombarded again to upgrade to an even higher plan. I understand the need for awareness and I was willing to upgrade but this is way too aggressive, sorry.
  • (2020-01-26) michele martins: ruin
  • (2020-01-13) Carlos Palavecino: Es genial!
  • (2020-01-13) Garden & Bag: Just came on to say that I'd been looking for an organizational app that would allow me to manage to-do lists and projects without having to log in somewhere else, and finding this has been amazing. Love the easy dragging and in-Gmail feature. Excellent!
Nota 10. Ansioso para as novidades.
  • (2019-09-21) Mark Huf: Dragalicious! Really great. I always got seriously lost in Gmail, I know, I know, some people find it the best thing in the world... but not me. That all changed after installing Drag! I can think of several other email clients that could use a Drag treatment! Yes, there was a learning curve, isn't there always, but it was definitely not steep at all. I highly recommend Drag. Thanks Nick and Duda for making an outstanding user experience possible in Gmail! Best, Mark
  • (2019-09-18) Winson Qiu: That's great! but I just worry about that how about the security? Does drapapp.com will can read all of my emails and content?
  • (2019-09-16) Christina Kaloodee: By far It's the best solution I found! The most exiting thing is the comment and tasks part! Really helpful! It was a little bit tricky to install, it but clearing the browser's cache and restarting chrome, did the job. The only disadvantage I noticed was in Greek mail titles in combination with weird text formats. You cannot read those titles unless you rename them. But still... is by far the best solution.
  • (2019-09-03) Michael Sables: Shared inboxes for small business have been a recurring headache of mine for the past few years, with the issue popping up every 12 months or so, being re-looked at, and testing something else. EVERYONE here loves drag. This is the first positive unanimous verdict by the employee jury for our shared & collaborative inboxes. Looking forward to the new features you guys have in development, make sure to keep me in the loop!!
  • (2019-08-29) Courtney Bickers: Support is lacking knowledge. We were quite excited to add Drag to our G Suite/Gmail, however in the preliminary stages of using this, we have discovered that the members of boards could not access attachments. If an email or task is put on the To Do board, for instance, and contains attachments for that said task, the person who chooses to work on that task/email, can not access the attachments. There are no real help boards or any one that seems to be able to tell us what or why this is happening.
  • (2019-08-27) Robin Singh: They have got great customer support, and potential to be amazing tool ... but for now it has got some serious bugs (which can result in data loss) not making it ideal for teams just yet. The deal breaker for us have been not being able to access Gmail's default interface for a shared inbox ... which has first made it impossible to forward emails, and more importantly quite a few times the email sent through drag's interface goes out blank.
  • (2019-08-12) -: Great app, could become a real killer. Does need some extra features (handling sub folders and tagging more efficiently) but very nice job and clean interface.
  • (2019-08-08) Amelia Howard: I felt pretty confused after trying it. Hope it improves.
Is a very good application to improve my productivity daily!
  • (2019-06-23) Vana Dabney: I love the idea of this so much and the 2 times it worked, it was great. But every other time, I would go through emails in my regular format and delete a bunch and then when going into Drag, those deleted emails would show up and ones I already categorized would be uncategorized again. When I did reach out, I was told to uninstall and reinstall Drag. I tried that, it worked once and I was dumb enough to buy a month thinking the problem was fixed. Then the problem came back. I requested a refund. I will keep this updated on how it's handled from there.
  • (2019-06-17) Justin Stein: Software is finnicky, communication with customer support was slow and unreliable. Never got confirmation of anything, always had to follow up manually. Cancelling payments was a nightmare.
  • (2019-06-12) Erik Bullen: Great email productivity extension. I use it daily, and it has really improved my and my team's efficiency and communication.
  • (2019-05-17) Serge Demichev:
  • (2019-04-24) mostafa sakr: As others wrote, keeps authorizing with google account in an infinite loop.
  • (2019-04-24) bemore: We use Drag for managing all our customer support tickets. It's very very good and it's getting better. If you want something simple that integrates with Gmail and 'just works', look no further!
  • (2019-04-23) celanira f.alves: to me acertando.
  • (2019-04-19) Paul McClellan: (To those who had difficulties before April, or who made a low review, I really recommend both trying it again, and contacting support: the support team has been really responsive and helpful.) This is an ambitious and well-conceived project! When I first evaluated, I had some reservations, but now I'm a paying customer. I've been using Drag over a month now, and rolled it out to a small initial team in our company. In that one month the development team have made huge improvements to the product's usability and stability in that time. So far this is the best, most usable implementation of an Inbox-based task management system. I already used Gmail's Inbox as a task management tool; this makes it much more functional and I don't have to leave Gmail at all. The team functionality that we're using now is extremely useful for transparency & accountability between key people & functional areas of the business. Looking forward to improvements based on a tighter integration w/Gmail-native API's while still maintaining this beautiful simplicity: a non-trivial task. Bravo/Brava!
  • (2019-04-11) steve cooper: Visually appealing and just what I need to organise my inbox. However, couldn't get it to work. disabled all other extensions, followed advice in troubleshooting guide but some functionality just doesn't work. Moving email for example: there are no labels for the drag columns, the doing column is not visible at all. If it worked out of the box then I would use it
  • (2019-03-24) Nah
  • (2019-03-11) Robert Erzan: It has a bug that it gets into infinite loop :( "Welcome to Drag" -> "authorize Gmail" -> gmail refreshes -> "Welcome to Drag" -> "authorize Gmail" -> gmail refreshes.... (I will try once more in one week and update the review)
  • (2019-02-10) Russell: Very nice look. Very attractive :) Optimize a couple things (like allow dragging columns or save column renames) and it could be amazing!!!
  • (2019-01-16) Ronald Hancock: Aparentemente vai me ajudar a substituir o Inbox.
  • (2019-01-15) Richard Davison: Could not get it to drag anywhere? Does not work?
  • (2019-01-05) lin jinshan:
