• (2025-07-08) What a scam program. In free licensce, you can send only one e-mail. If you want to send one more, you have to acces premium, without premium u cant send any emails.

Started using the free version, then upgraded to the paid version, it DOES NOT show who opened your email when you send to a group, it only show sit was opened. Unfortunately I'm unable to share a screenshot as proof otherwise I would. Thanks for taking my cash!

• (2025-05-25) There are not many apps that I would recommend, but Mail suite is hands down the most useful and powerful app you can use. Not only will it notify you when your email has been opened, but it will notify you when the email has been opened months down the road. This is one app that I highly recommend.

If you are working primarily with Google Mail this is a no brainer add on each year for your business! And in my experience, if I run into any problems or I have any questions at all, the support team is quick to respond and resolve the problem.

• (2025-05-08) This is one of the most useful software apps I have ever used. In the age of spam filters, it is imperative to know when people receive and open your email. And their help desk is first rate! I had a question about an upgraded feature and they got back to me within hours with helpful answers, then followed through. Highly recommended!

• (2025-05-02) I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of support over the past 2 Weeks. Since, April 16th, your service has been completely non-functional for my 3 advance accounts. Every time I try to log in and enable the extension, it keeps redirecting me to the authorization page in a loop. The extension stays disabled no matter what I do. I have: Cleared cookies and cache Reinstalled the extension and browser Tried multiple browsers and devices Nothing has worked. I’ve sent multiple emails to your support team, but have received no response at all. This is incredibly frustrating, especially considering I’m a paying subscriber. Please resolve this issue immediately or refund the subscription. I expect at least a basic level of customer service — right now, it feels like none exists.
• (2025-04-30) MailTrack is super helpful for my workflow. Being in sales, its super important to not only know when your emails are being opened, but also when they haven't. Following up with clients needs to be done differently if you know they've seen your message and arent responding vs if they haven't even read it. It's also super helpful to be able to track link clicks and gauge client interest so you know WHAT to follow up about, etc. I also used MailTrack on an old work email, and got charged for it, because I forgot to end my subscription when I left that job. I emailed the support team and they transferred my subscription to my new email within in hour or so. SUPER helpful!!
• (2025-04-29) I pay for the premium version of this app but am looking for a replacement. One feature that is annoying is when you extract the results into a spreadsheet, it does not include the date the email was first opened, it only includes the date it was most recently opened. Please fix.
• (2025-04-27) Very good experience, and on the rare times I've needed support it's been excellent. I would not consider myself a heavy user (for my needs it's for particular tasks or challenging contacts) so I cannot speak to large-scale campaigns and the like. But when I need these capabilities, it is far and away the best solution I have found and could afford.

• (2025-04-25) Our Mailsuite extension hasn’t been working since Monday. Out of the 9 accounts we have, only one is currently functioning. I’ve already tried all the usual troubleshooting steps, reinstalling the extension, clearing cookies, trying different networks, and even switching accounts, but nothing has worked. They keep me running after authentication and in the end show me privacy setting while re-installing mailtrack What’s most frustrating is that we’ve reached out via email multiple times and haven’t received a single response. This level of customer service is disappointing, especially for paying users. Please escalate this issue and have someone from your team get in touch with us immediately so we can continue using the service we’re paying for.

• (2025-04-18) I’m a paid customer using MailSuite for myself and 8 other team members. Since Thursday, 7 of my team members have been unable to access the platform. It keeps redirecting them to the Privacy and Security Center and repeatedly asks to authorize MailSuite, even though we’ve already done that. Strangely, it continues to work fine for me and another Gmail account on my computer, so the issue seems isolated to my team accounts. I’ve emailed support four times over the past two days and have yet to receive any response. This is severely affecting our operations and productivity. Can you please provide an immediate update and a fix for this issue? Need an urgent response.

• (2025-03-19) I have used Mailsuite for years when it was Mailtrak. I like granular tracking of both the links and the attachments. The product over the years the product has gotten better with more features.
• (2025-03-14) I've been using Mailtrack for years now and it's been very useful for my follow-ups and it helped me track what works and what doesn't.
• (2025-03-14) Recently added a PDF signing option which is buggy and doesn't register beyond the first few textboxes. Best intentions, absolutely dead poor execution. Mailtracking also doesn't always load when forwarding emails and you often end up with a sent email with no tracking as a result, negating the whole function of this extension.

• (2025-03-10) I send invoices through Quickbooks. My Mailsuite works when I send mail from the app/browser but when I send email invoices through quickbooks, the sent email invoice is in my sent file but it is greyed out. No tracking. So not all it is cracked up to be. :(

Top tip: you can run very effective tailored marketing campaigns straight from your Gmail box using this tool! No Mailchimp (etc) needed. Super easy.
