- The application is alright, but their business practices are very shady. I purchased a product from Mailtrack, then googled and installed this extension, thinking they are the same. The title is "Email Tracker by Mailtrack®", but this is false advertising. The company name is Mailsuite, not Mailtrack. - They removed the email notifications when a mail is opened from the free tier without any notification. Some time in September 2025, I simply stopped receiving them. Investigated the paid tier but the pricing is ridiculously high for an individual.
