- This manager does exactly what I want. Easy to use and manage passwords and personal information. Only slight negative is the interface is a bit dated but still deserves 5 stars!

- I've used RoboForm for probably 15 years and used to love it. This past year, it really has suffered in its performance and its ability to fill passwords from its saved password list. It used to always recognize log-in pages and offer to fill in my login and passwords, but lately, it fails 30-40% of the time and it has gotten very slow to respond and work.

- Used RoboForm for years, shares login info on PC and iPhone. Can report if you are using duplicate passwords for different sites (bad). Can generate passwords for you (customize length and characters used to match site requirements). Must have.

- Using the latest Desktop and Browser Extension. Is there anyway to select Unlock in the taskbar icon and have it unlock all browser extensions too? With older versions I just had to unlock once either through the Browser extension or Taskbar. Now I have to unlock it throught the taskbar icon, then unlock each browser extension (Chrome, firefox, etc) individually. Shouldn't this be able to unlock everything just once? I understand about the security, but the master password should be able to unlock everything, and have to be entered only once. Also logs me out every time a Browser is closed. The desktop app is supposed to prevent this. Timeout is set to 5 hours but Roboform just seems to ignore it.

- Not only does it save your passwords allowing you to use more complex ones it also makes it super easy to not to have to use them at multiple sites which further strengthens your overall password security. The biggest feature that many over look is it ties the password to a specific website. With phishing emails and fake site all over the web Roboform will let you know (by now showing the password) that you could be at a fake site thus saving you from giving up your password to the bad guys.

- There's so many web site that the roboform doesn't recognize as login page, or the creation of new login and It's even worst when using the Iphone app. You submit error and nothing happens. Extremely poor customer service

- Extension forced an update of the desktop app, which then stopped working. Forcing paying customers to update without knowing that it's to guaranteed work is a very bad practice. Also there is no way to access older versions, forcing us to switch to a different provider in the near future.

- DO NOT FORCE ME TO UPGRADE !!! Newly released roboform is forcing roboform software to be upgraded. I am paying customer and happy with what I got. Do not force me to upgrade by updating extension and then trying to manipulate me to upgrade desktop version.

- Latest update v9.8.0.5 won't let me get past the start screen every time I click on the extension icon. I don't have an online account, I use this offline. Why can't I skip the start page anymore and just use my logins offline? Have tried adjusting the settings but still forced onto the start screen to login. My logins are useless if I can't get past this screen.

- I've been using a version of RoboForm since the 1990s. IMHO it is essential to generating/storing/maintaining secure passwords. Its auto-login function is very powerful. However, with the current behavior of login pages these days, I cannot recommend enabling auto-login. Just use it to auto-navigate to your pages and fill. Very reliable and does what it should do. Highly recommend. I buy multi-year licenses. It's worth it.

- Have had RoboForm since before the year 2000. They have provided upgrades and new features all this time while providing reliable service. It is a workhorse, and I would be in a fix if I didnt have it. I suggest spending time upfront to learning RoboForm's feature set and also how you should set up your browser options before using it. Highly recommend,
