Image from store MailTracker: Free email tracker for Gmail
Description from store MailTracker lets you track the emails you send with Gmail to know when they are opened. ★ Simple email tracking extension Chrome, without anything else MailTracker appears in 3 different places in Gmail: - In the composition window, to activate the tracking or not when you compose a new email - In the list of threads with MailTracker icons to let you see which emails have been read or not. - In the conversation with the complete history of the openings and the details. Nothing more. ★ Privacy-friendly email tracking platform - We don't read your emails - We don't know who your recipients are - We don’t store IP addresses - We don't share your data with third parties - We don’t (and never) add a signature - We don’t manage or delete your emails ★ Free and unlimited MailTacker is a 100% free email tracker (forever). We don't add a mention in your signature either. ★ Doesn't read or store your emails To work, MailTracker only needs to store identification numbers for the tracked emails. Unlike many other tools, MailTracker doesn’t require permission to read and manage your emails in Gmail. ★ How does email tracking work? MailTracker adds an invisible image to your emails. This image is loaded when the email is opened by the recipient and allows you to be informed. MailTracker also returns the device used by the recipient to open the email, to know if it was opened on a desktop, mobile or tablet. ★ About us MailTracker has been created by Hunter.io, the most popular solution to find email addresses. Already trusted by more than more than three million users around the world and leading companies like Google, IBM, Adobe and Microsoft. • (2023-03-30) Nicola Caldognetto: For some reason the timeline on the sidebar on the right always says that the email has been opened with message "First open in 01 min"
  • (2023-03-29) Mihailo Mitrović: Sometime, there is a delay, for example I tested the tracking by sending an email to another one of my accounts. Mailtracker said it wasn't opened. I checked again later and it said first open in 1 minute. But this fact was something I couldn't access within the first 10 minutes of sending the email to myself because of some bug. All in all I think it's a nice tool, very useful.
  • (2023-03-29) Tomek Wejer: Good one. Sometimes I'm feeling like the Open Rates are bugged and not showed properly, BUT IT's FREE!
  • (2023-03-28) Paruchuri Krishnarayalu: It is a great app. but it will be worth the name when it sends message when a person to whom we sent mail opens the mail message, by giving name and the mail id of the person who opened the mail
  • (2023-03-27) Jabari Martin: Edit: This extension is no longer worth downloading. It now notifies you when an email has been read by sending you another email. The email it sends says the time an email was read but contains absolutely NO info re: which email was read or by whom. Previously: Great extension. I wish I discovered this sooner!
  • (2023-03-27) del Delicat: The free plan used to be somewhat useful. WIthout any notification they changed that and now the free plan is totally useless. It is okay for a premium access/paid service, probably. The free plan is definetly NOT. Avoid it if you're thinking to use the free plan. It does not provide any relevant info.
  • (2023-03-27) MARIAN MATINCA: it went from an okay extension to a useless one.
  • (2023-03-27) Terry Kelman: MailTracker: Brilliant, simple, lots of information for free, even more for fee. Will quickly outsell Tracker. Don't stop now guys! Been using it for a week now. Forgot how helpful tracking mail openings can be. And when you see how fast or slow the addressee responds that is additional critical information in trying to contact people. Happy customer here!
  • (2023-03-26) kariman raddadi: i liked it at first , it showed me when the email opned and even if the email was opened again with time , but today somehow it changed by showing me only the first opened time and no history of the opened email ... iam confused do i have to pay a fee to get the basic service of seeing the history of the opened emails
  • (2023-03-24) Alaina Harvey: Good app and notified me for all mails that were being opened by recipients.
  • (2023-03-24) Anastasia Ardavichus: pretty good, just to know if you email was even open! Would recommend
  • (2023-03-23) Andrew A: Free version is very basic, less than advertised. You need to pay to see full history when an email was opened.
  • (2023-03-23) R. Bil: Helpful App
  • (2023-03-23) Guest Post SEO: it make easy o my work

  • (2023-03-21) Paul Garfield: Awesome!
  • (2023-03-20) Kian S: Okay so it works fine, but this new update is really disappointing. It's annoying that it is now really pushing you to pay for extra features, but that isn't even my main complaint. The more annoying thing is now I receive emails alerts for "Someone just read your email" and they don't specify which email. Who it was sent to and what the subject were are "locked" (unless you pay for the premium membership of course). Seriously, just get rid of this feature, it's useless for the vast majority of us that essentially just want a basic "yes, it has been opened" tool like the double checks on Whatsapp or other apps.
  • (2023-03-20) Visual InfoSoft Pvt. Ltd.: It's a good email tracking tool. It enalbles you to know how many times your email have been opened so it becomes very easy for small business organizational to track their business mail.
  • (2023-03-19) Ruggero Paterno: A shame the new update. For anyone disappointed about the update forcing users to upgrade to keep tracking emails, here are a few free extensions you can use available as an alternative: * Pandadoc Gmail Free tracker extension * Hubspot tracker Chrome extension * Unlimited Email Tracker by Snov.io * Gmass free plan For the Mailtracker team, if you want to be ahead of other solutions and make money, be more creative.
  • (2023-03-19) Bahaa Al Ayass: It's good and easy to use
  • (2023-03-18) Marissa Flores: Love this app. Very, very useful!
  • (2023-03-17) Steve Salstrand: They just updated it to force a premium plan for any mail tracking features. This extension just got deleted. Such a bad move on their part. They need to come up with a freemium model that actually has valuable features on the free side.
  • (2023-03-17) Ernesto José Rubim do Carmo Ribeiro: Boa e eficaz. Recomendo
  • (2023-03-16) Arijoy Mitra: It's super helpful!
  • (2023-03-16) Damodar Khaire: A nice Extension App.
  • (2023-03-14) Faisal Shahzad: love you
  • (2023-03-14) Mila Rae: Great addition to any Gmail account. Makes it easy to track who's opening your emails and who's not!
  • (2023-03-13) florent oudart: très bonne accueil
  • (2023-03-13) Oceanic Property Management Group, LLC: This extension/ or savior (in my opinion) has been exactly that for our business. It safeguards the thousands of emails we send out, and provides us a legal safety net when disputes arise. This tool has been and will continue to be a staple in our day-to-day activities. Thank you for this!!!! OCEANIC
  • (2023-03-13) Lance Wu: When i come here for new extension means, our company is very disappointed with the new updated version, we are leaving. The new version is nightmare, complicated, difficult to understand. I do not if the tech staff were changed, the new version is ruining the reputation of Hunter
  • (2023-03-13) Sharukh alvi: i am happy that i got this
  • (2023-03-12) Sery Ben Masoud: Génial cet outil
  • (2023-03-11) Hà Lê: I am extremely disappointed with the extension and the recent changes you have made to their pricing model. The extension's primary function is to track when recipients open emails, and the full tracking history feature was a crucial component of this function. However, you have now made this feature a premium function with an extortionate price tag. Furthermore, you have also added rudimentary features to the premium version that were supposed to be free, which seems to be an attempt to justify the higher cost of the premium plan. This approach deprives users of basic features and creates a sense of distrust towards the your intentions. I understand that yoou need to make money, but this decision seems to prioritize profit over the needs of users. The extension is now less useful, and I will absolutely need to consider other options. "Irrespective of any differing viewpoints, the veracity of the circumstance is dire and incontestable." May fortune favor your endeavors and may you meet with great success. Farewell, and although it's unlikely, who knows what the future holds, we may cross paths again, but if we don't, it has been a pleasure to have used your extension.
  • (2023-03-11) Jonathan F: I was very reluctant to try the paid version but it's a great tool with great customer service and I understand the developers have costs to cover. It's unfortunate most features that were free are now paid though. I will give the paid version a go but it's not easy to justify the monthly cost if you are a freelancer or a student.
  • (2023-03-11) Zsombor Török: I absolutely hate when products lock previously free features behind a pay wall. It is now basically useless in the free tier. Gonna be looking elsewhere now. I get that you may need money "since we added some cool new features that bumped up our server costs." (see reply to one of the previous reviews) but I am pretty sure everyone would prefer if you keept only those "cool features" locked behind the paywall since no one asked for them.
  • (2023-03-11) kyle Ntshuntshe: Great App i love it that you can use it on the free plan where it shows you when an email is open.
  • (2023-03-10) MAM Agency: super je
  • (2023-03-10) Jean Luc Andria: très utile pour faire le suivi des mails
  • (2023-03-10) Marc Nashaat: Totally appreciate that you guys have to make money. Freemium has lost the premium part though and the extension is no longer useful as a free user so I'll be looking elsewhere.
  • (2023-03-10) Rebu Uber: Now it is pretty much useless since it only tracks the first email that was sent. Not replies or other emails associated with it, you have to buy the premium version for that. There are other free ones that do the same thing so I strongly encourage anyone to use the other ones instead of paying for this.
  • (2023-03-09) Motselisi Matee: A very helpful tool. I get encouraged to know my mail was either opened. I wouldn't know if it wasn't because of the tracker. Thanks
  • (2023-03-09) Jared Peters: Good tool for free
  • (2023-03-09) Jivesh Toor: Loved this and shared it with every other small business owner i met at work conferences throughout the country as the free features were great to help a small business grow. Unfortunately now with the paywall for basic features, I think that a lot of users including myself will have to find a free alternative until we can justify the additional expense. especially since we don't need the new added features. It was great while it lasted, and a shame that they decided to paywall the basic features. Thanks for journey so far.
  • (2023-03-09) Mohammad Sheraj: 5 stars if you can keep the free version as it is and the paid version only adds additional features.
  • (2023-03-09) Aymen Badri: Sorry but that's the end of our journey. as explained by recent reviews, the changes are so dramatic the free version is just unusable as it is. Hope you find success with your new model though. Thank you for everything :)
