- There are lots of people saying this extension does not work. However, IT DOES, and it does so very well. I just installed it for google docs where I needed it, and it works great- it does have a few bugs, like trying to remove the space between the period and the first letter of the sentence, but it has many great features that other checkers make you pay for. I am currently using it in conjunction with at least 5 other grammar checkers, and this is the first one I have tried that does so much for so cheap (free!). Works great, hope it never gets removed by the developers. Love it!

- You can't copy the corrected text in the popup window in chrome, but you can in its own website page, it's really wired. In addition to this, it is much much better than the other free grammar checker, definitely useful for none English native speakers

- I have used this program before and it saved me a great deal of errors. However, when a word is spelled wrong it would be great if gave me the correct spelling.

- That was a waste of five minutes. It doesn't actually check what you type on other website you ave to go to the scribbens website to write whatever you want to write. You might as well open up word it does the same thing, works the same, and requires the same ammount of faff.

- Just subscribed to a premium plan. It's actually catching many of my mistakes, it's pretty great :) The UX is crap though, to run it you need to right click on the textarea you are editing and to select the language to check for, then it opens a new page, where the edits you do are rolled back to the original page (that's great). One very important detail : dont trust scriben for your data security, the send you your password in the welcome email in plain text after registration. They know how to check text, but data security is not their big point it seems ^^ It's kind of scary to give them access to all your data on all pages with this extension when you see how easily they could be compromized, plus they really dont need this permission to just add a right click menu
