• (2023-07-04) Alworu Berzenge: -- Just/Only Download the Thumbnail NOT the Final/Original images -- The extension will list the images of the whole page (and therefore of all the posts even those you are not interested in) and will read only the thumbnails and their address, so even just by choosing the box of the images that interest you from all the rest of the others, you will still download only the thumbnails and not the final image to which the thumbnail is linked, so the extension is somewhat useless.

The only way to do this was to manually work through a huge list of all the page links and individually select each one. So actually slower than right-clicking. Absolute waste of time, for such a simple use case.

• (2023-01-31) Ahmed Vila: Simplicity makes it daily driver at reach of your fingertips and with no extra steps to take, especially no unnecessary steps. However, you can feel amount of thought that went into details that make it extraordinary. It doesn't have bells and whistles that all other download managers do, but it makes you think if having those in are worth the struggle and complexity of the whole deal compared to this one.
• (2023-01-23) Matthias Otto: Works really well and reliably downloaded 10,000s of files for me. Could benefit from a more hardened retry-method or better reporting around failed files (i.e. remove all successful downloads from list so I am left with the failed ones). Overall great tool though.

However unless you have a realtime malware checker like malwarebytes, some downloads come with trojans and phishing scripts which will be downloaded without your knowledge. This has happened on a few occasions and all downloads cease once a rogue site is found. How do i continue the process of downloading the remaining sites?

This extension has filled that gap very well. It's as simple or as complicated as you want it to be, there is enough customization there if required and you understand what you are doing, but if not, it is a case of simply clicking.

  I have been using the product for a couple of years without any problems. Recently, the downloader began automatically changing the file extension of my files making them end in .txt. The nature of my work is constantly having to download files that have the same filenames over and over again, but this has not been a problem for the past 2 years. This started happening all of a sudden.

  Hi, First of all, you did a great job with this extension, I hope it will run smoothly for a long time. Secondly, I want to ask about queue downloading. I want to download 1 file at a time and try to set Max number of active servers and Max number of download per server both to 1 only. But it hasn't worked so far. It only download 1 file for the first time and download the rest of the files once the first one is finished. So, is there any way to be able to download 1 file at a time? I hope no one has asked this question so I wouldn't bother you in anyway. Thanks for your great help.

  This message and "Resolve Danger" button is coming up way, waaaaaay too often. Is there a way to disable it or at the very least, mark ALL items as safe so I don't have to click on 82 individual files to allow them to download? Please help.

  When I try to grab links from a Google Sheet, I see an error that says "Cannot Access contents of URL "BlahBlah". Extension Manifest must request permission to access this host". Can this be used on Google Sheets?
