  I'm using the scribd ebook reader, which would be nice except it doesn't seem to allow me to increase the reading speed. Is there anyway to increase reading speed?

  I regularly use Google TTS with another extension. In that extension, I set the TTS options to utilize the best Google voices. Is there a way to set the options for your extension, or must you add options to your extension? Or can you just put those settings in details?   Using this only on my computer is not helpful since I'm tied to my desk and can advance the pages myself. This app really need to work on tablets and phones. Does it? I can't see it on my chrome browser in any of my devices - even though I'm synced into my chrome account. Fix this issue and you have a winner.

  Today I inadvertently submitted 5 payments in trying to get the extension to work, yet it is still not working. I believe this is a bug because I like your product and have used you for a few years. I will need help with a correct install on my chromebook and only one payment per month by cancelling the failed submissions of today.

  I am using a Chromebook and I have a constant problem with this extension stopping after a page or two of a Scribd book. This is quite annoying as the purpose of the extension to me is text to speech where I do not have to constantly Turn the Page and turn the extension on and off which I am doing. I am a subscriber and pay the monthly fee.

  Hi, If I'm correct this is using the Google TTS Service to do the actual TTS work. I have played around with this API and don't believe it would be difficult to implement but that is not my issue. If this is using the Google Cloud TTS aren't there other voices that users should be able to choose from ? I really don't care for the default choice at all and that has made me continue to look for alternatives. I've used the API for WaveNet and it shouldn't be difficult to add a menu with voice selection to your script. That would pretty much put an end to my search. My next choice will likely be to run Scribd on Chrome OS and use the Chrome OS TTS engine (which even if based on the original Google TTS engine has some pretty good voices and a big selection of languages and voices. But.... I'd rather see you just add more voices from the available ones from WaveNet. :)

  Based on the Notes of the extension, I'm supposed to see a toolbox on the left side of the page, but I don't. Maybe it's because my scribd.com always forwards for fr.scribd.com, as I'm in France. I can make it speak if I go to the Edit->Start speaking menu. But I have no control over that whatsoever. There's no pausing, no backing up, no nothing. It would be awesome if it worked.
