Clarification of the extension permissions:
* Read your browsing history - Chrome adds this line when we request tabs manipulation permission. Lightshot opens screenshot in a new tab, that is why we need it.
* Display notifications - Lightshot displays notification every time you upload screenshot
* Modify data you copy and paste - Lightshot allows you to copy screenshot into your Clipboard
* Manage your downloads - Lightshot allows you to save screenshot as a new file (works using download functions)

- The chrome extension sometimes works perfectly fine, but 7/10 I take a ss and do my edits with different shapes and arrows and colors, I save/copy it and it shows up as blank. Its super frustrating!

- Most of the time first SS is blank. No, Nothing on it. All you have is editing you did from in built options. Literally waste of time, this bug is making this extension useless

- i like this app very much. but did something happen in the recent week/month when most of the screenshots i take using this app with chrome are blank? if i draw something i get only the "overlay" of the drawing without the actual screenshot.

- I’m really disappointed with Lightshot. I had over 50 important screenshots saved using their service, and now all of them have expired or been deleted without any warning. This completely stopped my work and caused a lot of trouble. There was no notification or option to recover them, which makes the service unreliable for long-term use. I’ll have to switch to another screenshot tool that ensures my data is safe and doesn’t disappear suddenly.

- The extension stopped working forme today. I have the extension installed on my chrome browser and I have used it for a long time. But today, it decided not to take screenshots. It opens, lets me select the area to screen and that's all it does. It doesn't upload to the cloud or open the screenshot taken. Any help please? Thank you!

- Not generating screenshot any more. Whenever you took a screenshot and paste it it shows black image. Not useful any more. Please improve this otherwise you will be out of market soon.

- Its good but not good enough. Doesn't work all the time, whenever I try to screen shot something and copy it, its just a blank image. No screen shot, just a blank image. It lags a ton too. Sometimes it doesn't even open. Not sure how people find this good but when it works, it works.

- Lightshot still producing just a blank image - has been happening for months now. My underlines are the only thing I can see. For folk wanting something that gives a full page screenshot you should use the PrintFriendly extension for that.

- Chrome plugin was working great until recently. Now probably 30% of my screenshots are blank when I paste (the annotations are still there, but the main content is missing). This needs to get fixed ASAP. Update: Still happening a lot since I originally posted this review almost a year later.

- Dear Lightshot Support Team, I am currently using an AusExperBook laptop, and I’ve encountered an issue where Lightshot is no longer working. It was functioning perfectly fine yesterday, but after a recent system update, I’ve been unable to open or use the application. Here are the steps I’ve already tried: Re-downloaded and reinstalled Lightshot Ran the application as an administrator Toggled off “Use Print Screen key to open screen capture” Ended all Lightshot-related tasks from the task manager Despite these efforts, the application still doesn’t launch. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if there are any additional troubleshooting steps or logs I can provide.
