Privacy Badger автоматично навчається блокувати невидимі елементи стеження.

Image from store Privacy Badger
Description from store Privacy Badger sends the Global Privacy Control signal (https://globalprivacycontrol.org/) to opt you out of data sharing and selling, and the Do Not Track signal (https://www.eff.org/issues/do-not-track) to tell companies not to track you. If trackers ignore these signals, Privacy Badger will learn to block them. Besides automatic tracker blocking, Privacy Badger replaces potentially useful trackers (video players, comments widgets, etc.) with click-to-activate placeholders, and removes outgoing link click tracking on Facebook and Google, with more privacy protections on the way. • (2025-06-12) J J: I use Privacy Badger with Ublock Origin Lite together. Yes, these two can work together and don't conflict with each other. Privacy Badger does allow you to selectively block trackers/ads with a built in slider. Privacy Badger says it's not an adblocker but it does block many ads in addition to trackers. With UBO Lite and Privacy Badger together, you are secure from ads/trackers as best as you can be.
  • (2025-06-07) Serhii: 10/10. Must have extension for everybody
  • (2025-06-06) Orlunu: When installed, opened a web page which I did not request and demanded that I pin the extension to the toolbar before it would allow me to see the contents of the page. This extension functions without this. This may be your recommended behaviour, but absolutely go and screw yourself with a crowbar, do not attempt to force it like this.
  • (2025-05-27) Joseph: Way easier than other extensions to use and it just works.
  • (2025-05-22) Jane Mary: Super usefull, would totally recommend. It blocks any possible tracker on any website. Please consider using this extension if you want to be safe with these things.
  • (2025-05-08) Hiring Manager: Privacy Badger was created to prevent companies from collecting your data without your consent. It will never share data about your browsing (unless you explicitly choose to share it by filing a broken site report). Privacy Badger only asks for permission to read data on the websites you visit so that it can automatically detect and block trackers. You're right to be careful about extensions that request this permission, but basically all top tracker blockers require this permission to protect you. It does NOT mean Privacy Badger is spying on you (https://privacybadger.org/#Is-Privacy-Badger-spying-on-me). For more information, you can reach out to [email protected], read our extension permissions explainer, (https://github.com/EFForg/privacybadger/blob/master/doc/permissions.md), or read our Privacy Policy (https://www.eff.org/code/privacy/policy).
  • (2025-04-24) Adam Hybel: Privacy Badger isn't just another blocker; it's an intelligent privacy shield specifically designed to stop non-consensual third-party tracking, enhancing your online anonymity. - Focuses on Privacy: Its primary goal is to detect and block invisible trackers (like third-party cookies and scripts) that monitor your activity across different websites without your consent. - Learns As You Browse: Unlike relying solely on lists, Privacy Badger automatically learns to identify and block domains that appear to be tracking you based on their behavior. - Developed by the EFF: Created and maintained by the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF), a leading non-profit defending digital rights. This ensures its focus is purely on user privacy – it's free, open-source, and trustworthy. - Works Out of the Box: Simply install it, and Privacy Badger starts protecting you immediately by observing and blocking trackers automatically. No complex configuration is needed for excellent protection. - Empowers Users: While automatic, it provides clear visual feedback on what it's doing and allows users to easily override its decisions if needed (though rarely necessary). That's it! Keep Privacy Badger enabled alongside your content blocker for a layered defense. It's an essential tool for anyone concerned about online tracking and wanting to reclaim their digital privacy. Huge thanks to the EFF for developing and maintaining this vital extension. Highly recommended for everyone!
  • (2025-04-23) Dima Monster: hs
  • (2025-04-19) Sourav: This is collecting my data without my consent.
  • (2025-04-14) Luis Da Silva: So unfortunately, I am only allowed 5 starts as the maximum amount I can rate. I would do 10/10 because this extension is just that useful, simply put. And it does not harass me consistently about buying their subscription or donating any amount to anywhere, I absolutely love it. The devs really did a good job on this one. Solid creation.
  • (2025-04-11) creeper lead: It works pretty well, and it has all the features
  • (2025-04-07) Aaron Rey (EthicallyAHacker): Excellent extension. Minimal. Leaves no trace :)
  • (2025-04-06) Visualizing Concepts: Absolutely genius
  • (2025-04-06) Albo: Well done!
  • (2025-04-04) Stephen: In this new era of Manifest V3 extensions, Privacy Badger offers very good tracking protection. Websites work. It's easy to use and regularly updated. Backed by the EFF. What's not to like? :)
  • (2025-04-02) Mukhil Ravichandran: Not perfect, but behavior based adblocking is really smart. EFF is an amazing org.
  • (2025-04-01) Lynne Marie: Best idea since sliced bread!
  • (2025-03-30) Sohayeeb Hossain: Works like a charm!
  • (2025-03-29) Katie: Only been using it for a day and have seen very impressed with it so far.
  • (2025-03-16) Rohit Sah: Nice
  • (2025-03-11) vladimir karoyan: good
  • (2025-03-04) John Baker: Does the job, but I'm constantly having to renew permissions. It gets annoying.
  • (2025-02-27) Kelson Vibber: I use it alongside Vivaldi's built-in tracking protection for the embedded media placeholders, and adding the GPC signal. (Sadly, it no longer auto-detects new trackers, because someone figured out how to track you using *that*, so it uses a pre-generated list now unless you *really* want to turn learning back on.)
  • (2025-02-21) Matthew Mql: It's just the best of all, I just love it :)
  • (2025-02-20) Marisol Wooledge: I strongly love to recommend the services of the best team of dark web hackers. They are professional and very discreet in carrying out their jobs, they have the best customer service agents and satisfaction at heart. If you have any services you wish to contact them for, go on info (@) hackerspytech At Gm a il c0 m. They help track and monitor your cheating partner’s phone without his idea, clear or erase criminal records as well as repair a bad credit score, all social media hacks, funds recovery and many others.
  • (2025-01-28) Rohan Kayani: (1/28/2025) An important point for people who install this extension: the feature in the advertisement "Privacy Badger automatically learns to block invisible trackers" is turned off by default. This isn’t a major issue since privacy badger already blocks a list of known trackers by default like other adblocking tools. However, some people choose privacy badger because of this unique learning ability so I’m writing this review to help. To enable this feature click on the extension, then click the options symbol (the cogwheel icon) in the top right (as of jan 2025). A settings menu will appear where you can scroll down to advanced settings and tick "Learn to block new trackers." Next to this setting, there’s a question mark icon you can click. It takes you to an article by EFF explaining why this setting was disabled. Basically, the feature was turned off due to privacy and security concerns, which as far as I’ve read hasn't been exploited yet (I'll encourage you to read their article) Since I 100% trust the EFF team, I wont post my opinion here. For those who want an easier solution for privacy, I recommend downloading the Brave browser. It offers maximum protection out of the box (Tor and Mullvad browser aside, or in some cases close to them but much easier to use than the competition). P.S. To support a website, please consider turning off your ad blocker to help content creators. Best of luck! Also, I almost forgot: some reviews mention this extension is not blocking ads on all websites. For that you can type "uBlock Origin Lite" into the chrome web store and install the extension by Raymond Hill to get the best protection. Please check the exact name as there are many uBlock variants. To verify the correct extension, check the developer's name at the bottom of the chrome extension page under "Details" and then under the "Offered by" heading ((or press key [CTRL] and [F] to search the page)). It goes without saying: great power = great responsibility (sorry cliche) so please turn off ad blockers on websites you support! To verify any company I’ve mentioned, you can search out the website reddit r/privacy where people discuss the best options for privacy.
  • (2025-01-23) Steve Da: It appears to be better than Ghostery!
  • (2025-01-16) Leandro Battista: I'm trying to install the extension on Kiwi Browser (Chrome) but the "Add Extension" button reloads doing nothing. Any siggestion?

  • (2024-11-25) Dan Bartolomeo: i wanted this to block news sites from limiting how many of their articles you can read for free but it didnt work.
  • (2024-11-23) Google User: Better than nothing. No option to manually select ads that aren't being blocked. It misses as lot of ads as noted during browsing and adblock testing sites. It isn't updated regularly. So I won't recommend.
  • (2024-11-05) Matty South: this is a gift to the internet world. Thanks EFF!
