Open any twitter link in a new background tab with the key 'o'

Open any twitter link in a new background tab with the key 'o'

When you navigate with the keys 'j' and 'k' you can push 'o' to open the links that are in the selected tweet.

The sequence 'fallback' is as follows:
1. Normal links
2. Users
3. Hashtags
4. Other

For example: if there are 2 normal links, it will open these. If there are no normal links but one mention, it will open this user profile.
