- does sometimes not work but either pressing the force detection button or a simple un- and re-installing always does the trick to fix it. Has a nice UI and gives a notification when the download is done, overall a nice user experience.

- This is an incredibly useful piece of software. Over time, I purchased many video courses on many different sites. The problem is, I can't track them all and some of them have disappeared. This extension allows me to download, in parallel, all the videos of the courses I purchased so that I never lose them. The extension has never crashed and is able to download massive videos in multiple table in parallel. Just awesome.

- Downloads videos from an impressively vast number of sites. In contrast to similar software this one does not have a built in list of supported websites but tries its thing anyway. With Video Download Helper I click the Download button and I know that some time later the download will be finished and the video is working. The application interface is reasonably well designed and offers choices while providing good defaults. I can only praise this plugin. I never once saw this "buy premium access" message anywhere so I cannot speak to it but there are virtually no limitations that I am aware of in the free version. Nevertheless I happily bought a licence just to "give back". To the developers thank you and please stay awesome.

- This extension is very useful and works on almost every website. The only thing that could be improved is the length of the saved video filename. I downloaded some videos with very long titles, and the saved files ended up with the filenames cut off in the middle.

- Really nice extension to have. But... I REALLY don't like that if a download fails, it still counts toward the "once every 2 hours" limit. It's frustrating enough that, yes, I'm docking two stars for an otherwise great extension. I don't expect this to be changed, necessarily, but if a "Not enough space" error pops up (it happens, maybe feeling time pressure and forgetting to check to make sure there's enough space after a series of downloads back-to-back across a day's time) and it suddenly allows me to download it after clearing enough space for the file without waiting 2 hours, I'll be ecstatic and happily make this a 5 star review.

- I have tried several video downloaders and this one works best, consistently. I paid for the premium version after trying it for a long time. It finally became so useful to me that I simply had to support the developer. Nice job! Keep developing this wonderful extension. I took away one star because this extension keeps putting itself in my Vivaldi web panel without my permission. I remove it, because having it in the extensions area is much better. But it annoys me that the extension keeps doing it. If I say "no," I mean NO. Correct that flaw and I will edit this review into 5 stars.
