Notifies on new tickets arriving in specific view in your Zendesk
This extension allows an agent in Zendesk to monitor one view, and see a visual notification when new tickets arrive in that view. Handy if you don't have permissions to modify triggers etc to set up in product notifications. Uses the session authentication in your browser, so you need to log in to your Zendesk Support instance first to allow it to work.
Configure with:
1. Subdomain
2. ID of the view to monitor
Note: Please consider this as beta software. The fact that only one view can be configured is kind of limiting. It works fine for my purposes, but your mileage may vary. I'm happy to hear your feedback though!
