When those servers dont respond, the app freezes so I cant actually change server. This VPN blows. Dont waste your money on them. Big shame Gary Franchie uses them and promotes them on Next News Network. I hope he reads this!

My wife purchased and within 24 hours placed a request to refund.... she is out more than $700 US on her credit card and she isn't using the service. Don't waste your money on them please.

• (2018-08-09) Alex Sotelo: Use it at your own peril. I signed up for the free trial but when I went to cancel the service, the "cancel subscription" button didn't work. I had to contact customer support to cancel the service. I don't know why they do it this way. To me, this seems a website that just tries to get you credit card information, so beware.

• (2017-11-30) NOBODY: !!!VIRTUALSHIELD VPN WARNING!!! I had the worst experience with virtual shield (still ongoing). They deactivated my account as I asked them to (days later though) so I could get a refund but they can't (won't ) refund my payment (claiming I agreed to a hidden no refund policy in a css hover that I found after I got the email stating I agreed to that, but beware, you will never see it selecting the 3 months free promo if you just check the box, and yes you will have to pay in advance (you can't just try it)). As usual everyone is sorry but they can't (won't) do anything to help. Now they will not answer my emails and you can't call them unless you pay for phone support. Essentially I've paid for 15 months of service that I don't have access to anymore. I have tried to charge it back and the have not responded. My guess is I will get it back in 60 days or so but they will not do the right thing to begin with. My guess is I'm a thorne in their side and they know it will eventually get refunded, but they aren't going to do it on their own. I have tried to work with them but they always pass the buck. Future politicians running that circus over there. Give em a try if you have money to throwaway and doubt my word.
• (2017-11-20) Gabe: It doesn't like to connect when chrome first opens, but after re-connecting it fixes itself. Same with desktop version. Otherwise it's a good VPN with very little drops, and it's reliable.

  I bought the program for 3 devices and used 2 of them, 1 add on for chrome which worked perfect and 1 for my Android which works perfect. I had a computer failure which required my to to back to my last save point which was on 10-22-17, prior to my purchase. Now when I go back to add on the extension it won't allow it. I have a sign at the top that says "This item has been disabled in Chrome." What happened in just 2 days. I have a 30 day free trial and if I can't get the extension working then this program isn't for me.
