This app simplifies ALL off that tedious work, and does it for you in an automated, continuous way so that every new email that matches your filter criteria (like order #) auto-populates into your Google Sheet. • (2021-05-29) Devon Anderson: This is my 3rd app that I installed from this company, and while the other 2 are helpful, I think this is easily the most valuable one of them all. I run a small business and with this app I can get all my info out of Gmail and into a spreadsheet. It helps me visualize all my projects in a much more systematic way, and I get the info that I need quickly without wasting time on sorting through all my emails and doing manual data entry. It's next level no-code genius. Really well thought out.
  • (2021-04-07) Claudette Poulette Vedette: A-1! I just copied and pasted an entire website filled with contact info and I included it into an email and sent it to myself. Then I exported that 1 email to Google sheets and had it pick up all the contact information. And now, I'll use cloudHQ's mailking.io to send a mass email campaign. Not sure if I'm supposed to use it this way, but this is a super smart way to get what I need done quickly.
  • (2021-03-22) John Grandson: This is an amazing app! I can't believe how much time this saved me from organizing all the info that's just sitting in my emails! I'm going to go have a whisky now because my work for the day is D-O-N-E. Really awesome app, you guys. Thanks so much.

  • (2020-08-22) Jason Rossi: This is really amazing. Especially the ability to easily parse the body into multiple columns. Well done.
  • (2020-08-07) Ekinuru Masajota: Although I am not a very experienced user, I am delighted with your extension Export Emails to Google Sheets. It is a handy extension that helps to export data to Google Sheets. It works fine for me. Finally, with a few clicks, I can export my Gmail messages to my desktop exporting data from Google Sheets to Microsoft Excel. Good job!
  • (2020-07-27) Jake: App didn't work. I spent days trying to resolve one problem. I then contacted CloudHQ who came back to me explaining that the problem on their end. I then spent an exhaustive amount of time trying to configure the tool to do what I wanted it to do. It worked once. From then onwards it would only compile one row of data. Each time a new email came through it overwrote the previous. I sent emails to CloudHQ trying to resolve the issues, but got no reply. I would have gladly upgraded to premium if it worked, but in the end was rather disappointed with both the app and support. In the end I developed a less attractive, yet more stable method of extracting lead data.
  • (2020-04-05) Eric Daniels: I paid for 1 year subscription on April 1. My subscription has not been upgraded, but it shows my bill is paid. I tried to find any other way to contact them other than their support email. I sent 5 emails one every day since April 1. No replies so probably not monitoring their support email address.
  • (2020-04-02) Jason Duncan: As a small business owner, I am appalled by the fact that this company has advertised specifically the opportunity to capture data for staff personally if being exited. A company no doubt owns the IP and Data/cCommunication of all its employees while under its employ. CouldHQ has advertisements direct to me informing me on how to backup and merge my data because of COVID-19 potentially causing me to lose my job? WTF is your team thinking??? Does your Legal team know about this? or is this some stupid "we're here to help BS ploy in an attempt to grow your presence for "pretending" to help?
  • (2020-02-07) Gabriel Rogers: As a large amount of leads we receive are coming from different third-party providers, we are in need of a system that can extract leads from all these emails (yeah.. these lead provider do not have API so we need to rely on email parsing) Perfect tool for this.
