A cloud-based solution for Zoho® users whose hosted VOIP provider supports the integration with gUnify.
Note: You must have a confirmation code to use the features of this extension. Confirmation Codes can be obtained from your VoIP service provider.

Features Include:
- Click to Call: Click-to-dial any number appearing in a Google Chrome browser and connect the call through the VoIP service provider.
- Automated Call Logging: Automatically log all incoming and outgoing calls from VoIP service provider to Zoho CRM.
- Incoming/Outbound Screen Pop: Displays contact name from Zoho and allows Answer or Decline options.
- Call Tagging and Note Taking: Easy to use call tagging taking for all inbound/outbound calls while on calls.
- Quick Add Phone Numbers to Zoho: Unrecognized numbers can be added Zoho while on calls.
- Administrator Role for Reporting: Admins can view real time call volumes and see logs of all users calls.
