What good could it possibly do to advise me that my e mail has been opened by the intended recipient if I am the one who happened to open it? I couldn't believe it at first, but I received a notice that my email was opened by the "recipient" every time I tested it. Because of this, the data provided by this extension is unreliable. It certainly can't be presented in any kind of forensic setting. There are plenty of email tracking extensions out there. There's no reason to bother with this one and at least one very good reason not to. All it's good for is blocking stars.

After I installed the extension, instead of a setup screen I got a message that Free Email Tracker by Saleshandy might be shutting down so they weren't taking any more sign-ups. So if you use it, you might want to start shopping around for another email tracker. I wish they'd announce the possible shutdown BEFORE you install this extension, because you'll only to have to uninstall it again.

If I open a sent email using my phone the software inicates the recipient opened the message, not me. This makes the program worthless and the data useless. I didn't believe it at first but then I tested to make sure and I was correct. DO NOT rely on this program.

SalesHandy is an excellent tool to send out bulk emails and I would strongly recommend using this tool. I have checked out other tools too but nothing like SalesHandy. And it is very easy to use. Simple and very useful. You can customize and use dynamic values to send campaigns. I really recommend this tool.

For tracking and having great storage for templates it is really great. However sequencing follow up form gmail it never auto populates the name of the contact. So a couple of people when I first used this feature got a Hello <<First Name>>, email. I couldn't figure out how to fix it so if sequencing is your number one need, look somewhere else.

Great product i`m very very happy.But half of company are people working there.Company are not chairs ,its people working in them. Excellent Customer Service,the best i encounter so far in any company. My recomendation for using this product.
