- Fastest location is to connect UAE but it's most useless location to me , most of the website i use are blocked there, and the ping is very poor.

- could be better, often I find myself having to disconnect and reconnect on my iphone and sometimes on the laptop, as the connection dies or is not letting traffic through. I wish I could use it with more apps, that are not available in some countries

- This is my first time using a VPN. I was hesitant at first but when I had a close call with someone trying to access my accounts without authorization I decided to try Surf Shark. It is super easy to use. Im very pleased with my new subscription. I created my account and set up what info I wanted and added the surf shark app to the browser and my phone and haven't looked back. Surf shark stays active when I connect to the internet. The only very minor issue I encountered isnt even due to surf shark. My work internet connection requires a set way (pain in the butt) to log in to access the web first and I found I have to temporarily pause the surf shark app for like a minute in order for my work internet to recognize my computer and then I re-enable surf shark once I gain internet access. I recommend it for anyone. It does the job in protecting me and my computer and stays out of my way, Definitely worth the 5 stars! It is a permanent must have for my web surfing.

- Very happy with the VPN service from anywhere in the world. Recent trip to Egypt and used Shurfshark on my mobile with connections to Israel and Saudi Arabia - the closest/fastest ones. Excellent service there and at home. Knowing about data breaches is also very important to me. Also have the Incogni product which as removed my personal info from over 350 data brokers. I highly recommend Surfshark. Next I will be trying the Alt ID service, looks cool.

- I can handle the slightly slower operation and quirks that come with a VPN connection. Anti-virus seems to have issues on some platforms that should NEVER be a problem. The reason I am thinking about deleting and changing to something else is internet connectivity. Can be working fine for days, then you try to get on and it shows no internet. Even using my phone as a hotspot it shows no connection. On several devices. Shut it off....restart and you have internet. I am on my phone hotspot as I write this. Had to delete Surfshark to get back online. Too much BS for a paid subscription.....

- The only reason I subscribed it was to be able to watch Amazon Prime and Netflix titles only available in US territory, but it is not working. It used to work months ago, but NOW any time I try to run both Amazon and Netflix servers they detect it is being run by VPN therefore the service gets blocked. So I will be cancelling subscription and won`t renew. So much for nothing.

- I love the AdBlocker (CleanWeb) the most !!! The VPN is also really handy but that AdBlocker is life saving, especially with all the hacks that are in ads now...

- The VPN works, sort of. I mainly use it for streaming. However, when the VPN is activated, it interferes with many of the other tasks I need to perform on my computer. I don't get email, I have trouble searching on the internet, I can't use GPS, and many ordinary tasks become impossible, all because of the VPN interference. In addition, I get blocked on some sites that detect the VPN. Very inconvenient.

- I'm a retired CISCO network engineer and I have found this VPN to be very good. Nothing is perfect in this day and age but this VPN has shown a conscientious effort to address problems when they occur and post updates regularly. I think your money would be well spent with this company.

- Works fine on Apple TV and Chrome, but the Mac app dont work with dedicated IP. The support gives you 1001 tasks to not open a trouble ticket. After 4 hours of trying, they finally opened a ticket about my issue. Hope it will fix in the near future.
