The chrome extension has never worked for me. Support was poor. Took a long time to respond and admit there was an issue. No real tech support to to a zoom call and remote to my pc. Wasted hours going through their recommendations.

I this actually free? If not what's the cost? I really don't like this click-bait usage of Free while refusing to say upfront what the costs are.

The email finder is not working at all for Indian coporate IDs. Waited for more than 15 mins for one ID and it just keeps loading. Also tried for multiple other ids. :(

It's not a good tool, I have switched to email finder by soujiyi that to get customers for free.

Would've rated 5 star for the functionality. However, it's a big let down and a huge turn off for breaking the display. Extremely Challenging to navigate between LinkedIn and Extension Pop-Up window and worst display optimized at best. Perhaps the Reply team can take some lessons from Lusha extension and how beautifully the extension pops out on the same browser window w/o breaking it up!

This is easily the worst available email campaign platform on the market - It's PATHETIC. You can't possibly make it any worse. I have wasted hours going back and forth with support and never finding a solution. It's absolutely s**t! No other word for it. AVOID - Use prospect.io or ifnoreply.com instead

Despite a somewhat tricky initial setup, the extension works perfectly! It returns valid and up to date email addresses in 70-80% of cases (as long as the person has an up to date and complete LinkedIn profile). Highly recommended for sales and marketing pros!
Finding emails and getting info from LinkedIn? BOOM, done. Easily and straight-forward. Way better info and email results than that of Snov.io, RocketReach or Skrapp. And I've used them all.
