- I love the extra miles but the button does not always work when you are ready to check out. It just sits there spooling endlessly. You can log out and or restart your computer and it does not change. Don't you even dare to decline it when it first pops up because you will not be able to use it for that website for days. Extremely frustrating. Have tired it on different laptops...same thing.

- Could be a fantastic feature of AA but I have to constantly follow up and inquire to actually get my miles posted. This happens about 1/3 of the times I use Aadvantage Shopping.

- I love the AA shopping button and have earn my fair set of miles. I've read reviews where customers say that points are not being posted. I have had this happen to me, but very seldom. If after 15 days a purchase has not posted mileage, then I contact them thru the "button" under help. Easy to do, all they need is was purchase desktop or smart phone, date of purchase, and proof of purchase. I send in a scan copy of my purchase from the store that I made the purchase. Easy to use and takes less than 2 minutes and my points are posted in less than 24 hours. I've been happy with the AA button for years. My only suggestion is that the AA button application be put on a smart phone.

- I use this for all my shopping and man, it's terrific! It's a great way to earn miles and status for the stuff I already do and, even though it's not perfect (And I'd love to see some additional stores) there's a broad cross section of earning opportunities.

- the filters in the search for items feature could improve. The current one doesn't narrow the search by much, earning miles for things that you need to buy definitely fun and beneficial. Almost all of my online shopping is being done through aa shopping.

- It's very good but there are starting to be too many exclusions at most stores for common items. For example Walmart excludes electronics, beauty, etc. Best Buy excludes video games, laptops, desktops, etc. Most stores it excludes printer ink. The list goes on. It also doesn't work with some, if not all, of the hotel chains where you can link to them from the AA website and get miles but not with the Chrome extension oddly.

- Like some other reviewers have mentioned, it is great when it works. I just ordered an item from eBay yesterday and the AAdvantage eShopping extension popped up and I clicked the activate button AND, after I made the eBay purchase, I saw another AAdvantage eShopping extension pop-up congratulating me and telling me I earned miles. But I logged on to my AAdvantage eShopping account this morning although it shows that I did visit eBay yesterday, it does not show my eBay purchase in "Recent Transactions". Perhaps it won't show up until eBay ships it so I will wait a few more days. I really wish I had taken a screenshot of the pop-up message telling me I earned miles. I thought about doing that but thought, no surely I would get properly credited since that congratulatory pop-up message came up after I made the purchase. ALSO - why would I suddenly get a request to give this review of AAdvantage eShopping unless I actually recently used it? That is how I got to this review page - I got a prompt this morning requesting me to review my recent shopping experience. I get so frustrated with this whole process.

- So easy to use! The AAdvantage eShopping extension pops up to automatically let me know about opportunities to earn miles, which is handy when I don't think to look up and see if the site I'm shopping on is a partner. I also love that it shows 'deals' where you can earn extra points. I've started buying my beauty items at one of the AA partners rather than the "A" company, so I'm building up miles that way. Plus TBH the pricing is often better on the manufacturer's website, and you know you're getting the actual product, not a counterfeit.

- I have accrued nearly 100K of AA miles using this app alone and I use it EVERY chance I get on day-to-day items I am buying anyway. I will buy from one site over another even at a higher price if I can get more points. But I see some vendors (ie: Sams Club) reducing their points/$spend and this reduction is changing my spending patterns. (ie: 0.5miles/$ will not sway who I buy from)

- When it works and when they are credited its great, however, i have had to reach out on several occasions to get my award points when shopping with the button and i have made sure that the offer was activated only to be told after several months of waiting and providing order # and $ of spend AA says they are sorry they cant confirm. Very disappointed and frustrated with having to go back several months after doing a blue apron subscription and doing my part they are failing to reward my 4300 pts! This should't be this complicated. Also they have never rewarded me with installing the button on my browser as they said they would either! Cmon AA please do better!!!

- Works well (though I wish I didn't have to sign into my account to get the miles, which is new). My main suggestion is I wish there was a way to access the pop-up after I click on the "activate later" button. Maybe there is a way and I don't know about it? For instance with Rakuten the button closes but I can click on it at anytime both to activate is and to see what percentage I;m getting.

- Works well but does perform slowly and some things are unclear such as: do I have to use my AAdvantage credit card to get the bonus points for the purchase? Are these bonus points on top of the ones I would already receive using the AAdvantage credit card?

- I love the button! But sometimes it will get stuck loading for hours and nothing I do fixes it except turning it on and off (and sometimes that doesn't work either). It mostly happens to me on Kohl's.

- I love receiving miles for shopping. The button is very easy to use and takes no time to install. Receiving the miles after purchases is also pretty fast. I wish that the dining was more efficient as you have to wait a while to receive your miles. Will have to wait for the 1k bonus miles for making my first purchase but I am hopeful that it will come in ~30 days as you have to keep the button installed for at least that time to receive your bonus miles.

- Absolutely love this button. Extra miles and points are accumulating in my account without it costing me a single cent. I was amazed to see the points you could take home by everyday shopping at all your usual retailers. Simply doing a Sam's Club shop today got me x6 points on a shop that I would have made anyway and as others have said, you don't even have to go via the AAdvantage page, the extension pops up to tell you whenever you land on a page that will give you points. This button truly rocks!
