Changing MaxLength of Input Fields for Native Ads in Console

This extension is useful for AppNexus customers with access to AppNexus Console who use the builtin Native Ads feature.
The extension allows to limit the maximum length of the input textfields in the Console User Interface to values lower than default maximum values.
The following values can be set with this extension:
Title: 0-100 characters
Description: 0-300 characters
Call To Action: 0-80 characters
Sponsored By: 0-100 characters
Full Body Text: 0-500 characters
The extension's settings are stored and synced across devices with Google Sync.
