This is utterly false; it is only capable of measuring along horizontal or vertical lines and only by selecting a region of the image. _Paint_ can do that. Alsos, its permissions are egregious. There is no reason to give it access to read and change all information on all sites.

You can zoom right in to a handful of pixels, or zoom out and see everything. The pixels are hard squares, there's no fuzz. A perfect solution.
