- (2025-07-11) It has become an ad in and of itself. That's ridiculous. A popup page multiple times a week to ask me to purchase premium isn't how you get premium members, it's how you get a 1 star rating. Cool off with the aggressive sales tactics, it's annoying.

- (2025-07-03) Followed instructions and enabled the experimental rules and everything was fine. Took a nap, and two hours later that doesn't work anymore. Unfortunately, this extension keeps reverting to different settings and does not really work for video ads at the moment. Currently it doesn't block ads on desktop, but unnamed video website breaks and I can't add videos to playlist or see live stream chat boxes. It's been messed up since yesterday for me. If I manage to skip an ad, it keeps trying to interrupt the video.

That said, if I wanted to spend 5 minutes tweaking the plugins and refreshing pages every time I'm on Youtube, I wouldn't get an ad blocker. Also, the donation prompts are becoming way too frequent, interrupting my work flow.

- (2025-06-26) problem description. 1. youtube. the youtube timer (example, 05:00 footage) once clicked, without any response (it suppose would trigger youtube video clip skip to the specified timer footage. after turn off this extension, it works. thus, have to turn off this extension in order to troubleshoot. 2. extension turn on. 2.1 youtube video clip would reset to beginning footage. if turn off extension, video would resume from last seen timer (which is nice). 2.2 looks flickering screen page while loading page youtube. can admin fix this bug ?
- (2025-06-26) In the middle of a video this popped open a new tab to advertize the premium service. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I had to hunt down the video tab to find my place again. Garbage. I will use a different service. Also this utterly fails with YouTube ads!

- (2025-06-25) This extension does a pretty great job of blocking the most annoying pop-ups and ads that normally blanket your screen, and it does give you the option to disable it for certain sites so that platforms like YouTube won't throw a screaming fit when you log on to it with an ad blocker. I have used the free version for a few months, which is great if you typically use sites with very few ads. However, if it still bugs you; the paid site is better for cookie, tracking, and privacy protection, and seems to do a better job identifying some of the more complex pop-ups and taking care of them. All in all, I'd say I'm happy with the service, and I would recommend it to other people if pop-ups tend to annoy them.

Every now and then my Youtube would have ads (I use the app on my laptop), so I would have to go in and turn the ad blocker on and off again. Now it is clashing against my Discord web browser, making it unable to load. Would have recommended it, if it wasn't for these issues.

- (2025-06-18) I have been using this extension for a long time and love it. When issues arise with companies like YouTube, they are really quick to try and battle it and update a fix. When I can, I do want to monetarily support AdBlock because it really is great. People complaining about how many times they pop up about it, I get it, but these people are giving you access to essentially ad-free web browsing for free and it takes one second for you to close out of it if it bothers you so much. There are some new tactics from YouTube that just started Yesterday/Today it seems, but I am sure it's not the end and there will be a work around soon. EDIT: 18th: Looks like the skipping ads is doing great now, no long loading or black screen. (: Thanks for being such a great extension!

- (2025-06-16) REMOVED, I don't need you to CONTINUE reminding me how many ads you'd blocked by opening up a tab, sometimes multiple tabs of AdBlock Reports/Advertisement showing within seconds at a time, ON MY COMPUTER, this is ADWARE. SMH I'm aware of you doing your job BLOCKING ADS, isn't it what it's designed for, I mean it's named AdBlock, I don't need to keep count of how many times you people are blocking Ads, it's annoying. I get it, it's you advertising, but I don't need you advertising on my device. If people want to support you FINANCIALLY, they will do just that, stop trying to FORCE financial support. Perhaps, find another way that's not annoying, and to be fair, I'm supporting you already by using your extension, but not the support you're begging for, either way you're still getting my support! No longer blocks ads on Twitch and I'm removing the extension because of AdBlock Adware!
