It behaves like 'Save As...' or 'Save link as...' context menu item for any URL entered in the dialog box.

Hit the save button --> paste at the highlighted area --> don't remove the .html --> shorten for clarity (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/save-as-file/iajmdojjjiapknggfnckblngginmjnbe/reviews?hl=en) would be better saved as (chrome.google.com-webstore-save-as extension)
