- (2022-03-04) Linda Wall: I REALLY like this extension! I've tried five or six others and like this best of all so far. You can set it to different times and lengths of breaks, though the choices are limited. When it triggers, the notification gives you a sweet comment, then it takes you to a new tab/window showing simple videos of the exercises and a timer showing how much longer you have in your break. I love how it gives you three simple stretches to do each time and give simple videos showing how to do each. If those aren't enough, or you don't like them, you can click "More exercises" and it shows you more right there on the same page. Yeah, I like this one. Best part? I'm already feeling a LOT better from stretching and it's only bee a day or so! I would have given it five stars had it shown more exercises/stretches, at least a couple more for your hips since those really take a beating from sitting.
