We are a big organization that handles a lot of external email communication through our separate emails. We have had the problem though that this communication doesn’t have any overview, and it is hard to know what has been said with who. I believe Drag will help with this. The major factor for us when choosing Drag over the other competitors, has been the price. Drag is for us as a non-profit at least 3x cheaper then alternatives. And from what I have analyzed there are minor differences in functionality.

We've experienced daily issues, which has disrupted our workflow and caused unnecessary frustration. For a tool that is supposed to improve efficiency, it's done the opposite. We're extremely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this app to anyone looking for a reliable solution.

The customer service has been very unhelpful in resolving any tech issues. The DRAGAPP itself was also a letdown. It didn't match the description online, and the quality/functions was subpar for the price. Overall, the lack of communication, poor product quality, and frustrating glitches have left me completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this company/APP to anyone!
  • (2024-12-06) Mariana O’Connor: If I could give zero stars, I would. DragApp is incredibly glitchy, and these glitches severely disrupt our day-to-day business operations. Issues such as cards disappearing entirely, tags vanishing on their own, and automations failing are just the tip of the iceberg. We have lost so many clients and referrals due to these problems. Today for example, Dragapp is completely down for our business and no one in customer support cares. The most frustrating part, however, is their customer support. Despite using DragApp for quite some time, they have not resolved a single issue for us. It seems like they only have one person handling support, as we are always contacted by the same individual, who has repeatedly proven to be completely inefficient. I even raised these concerns with their so-called "Growth Manager" and explicitly stated that I no longer wanted to be contacted by this specific individual in customer service. Instead of addressing my concerns, he brushed them aside and tried to sell me upgrades. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND DRAGAPP TO ANYONE!

  • (2024-09-02) Jesse Green: I've tried a number of CRM solutions and either the user is so encumbered by a feature-set that is well beyond the needs of anyone but the most advanced sales teams, or the costs are exorbitant and not worth the price of entry. DragApp balances the two perfectly, with seamless Gmail integration and a straightforward kanban solution to visually see opportunities working their way through the pipeline.

After completing the free trial we have decided to go with Drag due to pricing as well as the ability to do everything from the Gmail tab, and not need a separate program.

  • (2024-06-06) Jared R: We needed an app for automating email follow ups and found Drag for it's "Sequences" function amongst other competitors offering similar options. We went with Drag mostly due to cost, but I hate to say you get what you pay for. Besides the fact that the design is not super user-friendly and a bit buggy, after a few months of using Drag we realized that the sequences were not sending follow-up emails in some cases and this resulted in potentially thousands of follow up emails not being sent to clients, resulting in a substantial number of lost business opportunities which was incredibly frustrating. Even more frustrating was how Drag handled it though, as we sent many messages to their staff who ensured their team was looking into it and came back to us that it looked like it might be an issue on our end and that we weren't using it properly. In the end after needing to chase them down and follow up several times, it turns out as we suspected that it was a "bug" with their sequences function. The whole ordeal took around 1 month to sort out (even now we are not 100% sure it is working properly). Drag did not seem to consider it an urgent matter, apologize or offer any compensation for the impact to our business. Would not recommend you contract Drag for your company!!

The customer support is prompt and personal which is great to have. We are just getting started using it, but so far we are very impressed. Particularly like that we can make cards separate from emails so that we can track many tasks at once. Looking forward to future features as well! The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we have not used it long enough to gauge the full efficacy. Additionally, we would love to see a Gantt view or calendar feature.

After I have installed Drag extension, going through my emails and responding to the got much more easier. I am able to categorize my emails. Additionally, I work for a company and i need to report my work weekly. Drag extension provides an environment that you can handle both emails and reporting in your gmail environment. I just love Drag!
