Nota: la compatibilitat amb protocols de transmissió complexos i conversió de vídeo requereix la instal·lació d'una aplicació complementària. Això es deu al fet que el navegador (ni Chrome ni Firefox) no ofereix la interfície necessària. Un cop instal·lada, l'aplicació complementària està completament gestionada pel complement i no us haureu de preocupar per això. L'aplicació complementària és gratuïta i de codi obert. Ja s'ha instal·lat més de 10 milions de vegades.
Nota: a causa de les restriccions de Google WebStore, la versió de Chrome del complement no baixa vídeos de YouTube. Utilitzeu la versió de Firefox o Edge per a aquest propòsit.

- I've been enjoying this downloader for a year or two now and it works great! Better than most I've used in the past. My only concern is that some vids come out with slight pauses or stutters or pixelation in some scenes, about one or two. Don't know if this is due to how the downloader processes them, or perhaps the connection. It's not a dealbreaker but perhaps it can be fixed.

- It looks like now the extension doesn't work properly on firefox. i downloaded a video and it magically disappeared, i searched in my download section but nothing, it looks like maybe they did that on purpose (?) so you have to download it again and pay for premium (as you can do it just one time or wait for 2 hours). Kinda strange, for now i'll uninstall it, maybe one day i'll try it again. Farewell
