• (2024-11-06) SwimmingLink: Only downloaded a few seconds of a video (didn't even get through the opening song of the episode) and then asked me to pay to continue. EDIT: 6 years later from my original review - This no longer detects anything listed in the "Detect extensions" list. All I wanted was to grab a subtitle file which I know had worked in version 8.1. All versions of 9 are completely broken. Subtitle support was dropped. Audio support was dropped. Video chunk support was dropped.

• (2024-10-12) Victor Hugo Vlog e Audiovisual: Essa extensão é útil para o download de vídeos de websites que desativam ou bloqueiam a opção por padrão. O único problema é ter uma licença paga para baixar vídeos em grande quantidade. Anteriormente eu usava o HLS Downloader, mas o Video DownloadHelper é claramente superior, tanto em interface quanto em personalização. Podem instalar sem medo!

• (2024-10-06) Don Edwards: I am changing my review as this once great plugin is now a piece of junk. They have now limited us to a single download every 2 hours, and they have gutted the copy url feature so that it no longer grabs the audio stream in the video. so this went from one of the best video download plugins to basically usless. The ask for nearly $20 dolars to unlock what used to be a free feature was the last straw for me. Will be trying another app due to the greed here.

Но, после обновления в августе 2024 году не скачивает там, где я раньше скачивал все видео файлы. Поэтому снизил до 2 звезд. В 2022 году: Прекрасная программа. Качает даже с сайтов проведения различных семинаров, когда вход на платформу по логину - паролю). А само видео размещено во фрейме стороннего проигрывателя. Ни одна другая программа не смогла справиться с этой задачей. Отличная программа!

• (2024-07-13) Papa Kanoc: ez az új verzió végre működik (vagy mégsem?). ahhoz, hogy tölteni tudj, telepíteni kell egy külső alkalmazást, ami ingyenes. aztán egyszer csak azt írja ki a program, hogy vagy fizetsz vagy vársz 120 percet. ez nekem nem ingyenes, hanem beetetés. szerencsére van még néhány program, ami tényleg ingyen tölt és még onnan is tud leszedni videót, ahonnan ez nem. szóval: VISZLÁT!

It can be a bit touchy at times but that could be my outdated version of Chrome due to my outdated computer. I would recommend it. UPDATE: Wow the update is more like a new version and I'm here for it. Makes more sense and it's far easier to keep track of everything. Can I add a 6th star?
