- It's worked great I've just had some issues with my laptop unrelated to their product Which meant reloading their products and reactivating it they've been very helpful the video downloader works great They've been quick to respond with setup Set up questions and different browsers that you may want to try and most of all extremely patience when such as I had to go and reload my system from another problem with my computer and I wanted to use the product again so it was great give it a try I think it really like it

- Works well about 75 percent of the time. A few sites block it, but it works better than anything else. Free version allows a download every 90 minutes. I have the paid version that allows unlimited; but it's still usually best to limit to 2 at a time for most sites.
