Opomba: podpora za kompleksne protokole pretakanja in pretvorbo videa zahteva namestitev spremljevalne aplikacije. To je zato, ker brskalnik (niti Chrome niti Firefox) ne nudi potrebnega vmesnika. Ko je spremljevalna aplikacija nameščena, jo v celoti upravlja dodatek in vam ni treba skrbeti za to. Spremljevalna aplikacija je brezplačna in odprtokodna. Nameščen je bil že več kot 10 milijonov krat.
Opomba: zaradi omejitev Google WebStore različica dodatka za Chrome ne prenaša videoposnetkov iz YouTuba. V ta namen uporabite različico Firefox ali Edge.

- I paid for premium in order to regain full access to the “VideoDownload Helper” add-on (for Chrome). I´ve got invoice and email with code. After entering the code, I receive an error message saying that I have not installed the add-on. But I have! This is frustrating.

- It's a very good tool for downloading video's. Unfortunately, you can only download 1 video every 2 hours with the free version. But that is alright, since the full version only costs €15. [no silly subscriptions] And after 100 video, I think it is worth €15. Since I plan to use it a lot more.

- Linux User here on brave browswer. I have a mini pc that will not run propperly on windows 10, after update I always gets Blue Screen of Death. That's why i'm changing to linux, and I use IMD as my video downloader for movies, because of that, I always go back to Windows.
