Checker Plus for Google Drive™

Google its UI has become increasingly cluttered and does not offer any proper layout or style changes. (I would add that a well designed layout does not require alteration in the first place..) These extensions from Jason work smooth and have a minimalist look and feel which we love. We very much appreciate the default list view in the drive extension and the simplified layout for Gmail. The option to choose how much you want to contribute is also very welcome, as we have little budget for all sorts of software on top of our monthly overhead, and so we can actually afford to use his software. If Jason worked at Google, these extension would not be needed, But we are so happy he took the initiative. Great work Jason. And please, don't fix what is not broken! We miss the age before daily "updates". Sometimes a product is finished and just works. For any new improvements and changes I would say; Go for it, but always give your users a choice to keep things as they were. Thank you!!!

can you please make a feature so that one can save files from a website directly to our goole drive using this app? It would be awesome as theres no other extension that allow such function thanks

I've been using the all 3 Jason's Checker Plus extensions - and they are now essential to me.

I find this extension very concerning because weare alowing this person to access our files, download ou files, emails and all the info for this to work!! be careful people.

EDIT TO REVIEW ON 2022-12-10: On October 23rd, 2022, I rated the extension as one star with the text at the bottom. Unfortunately, I didn't realize the developer had replied until now. I have once again attempted to use this extension and it seems to work. I admit that its usefulness is more than I thought it would be. I raised my rating from one to three stars. I tried searching for something and not sure I got correct returns. However, I'm going to continue testing as this seems to be an invaluable thing to have available. I promise to come back and update the review with my test results once they are done. ORIGINAL ONE STAR REVIEW FROM 2022-10-23: I use the browser "Brave", which uses Chrome's extensions by default. My issue? Every time I click on the icon for this extension, it requests I login to my Google account. I thought it might be because I was using Brave. So, I tried using this extension on Chrome. Same issue. What is the point of giving this extension permission to access my Google Drive if it asks for this ever time?

I definately like the idea of this extension.... very handy to be able to access gdrive from the browser. Also, and this was the main reason I downloaded this, is about notification.... The Developer has the expertise and knowledge across Google Drive / Calendar / Mail to make using these platforms easier though these extensions. He is very responsive to issues and feature requests. Make sure to check out the Mail and Calendar addons!

Excellent. I tried a similar extension first but it automatically refreshed the document list when I opened it so the files would suddenly change just when I went to click on one. This extension has a button so I can refresh if I want - a much better solution!

Very good, but could add the option to download directly into the extension.

No email / sms notifications makes this close to perfect addon useless for me.. Please consider adding this feature. I need to get notifications while I'm not using Chrome too! I will pay if it's a paid only feature.
