Opens the standard Pinboard popup for bookmarking the current page

Simple extension that just opens the Pinboard "popup with tags", for quickly adding a website to Pinboard.in, as specified at: https://pinboard.in/howto/
All the extension does is to trigger the bookmarklet code, but being an extension you get an icon in Chrome's menu and a configurable shortcut if you want. To configure the shortcut, go to chrome://extensions/ and click on the "Keyboard shortcuts" link at the bottom of that page.
