Tab overflow is a Chrome extension that lets you vertically see all your open tabs and quickly close or traverse tabs in constant time. It helps you manage multiple open tabs and windows while using minimal system resources.
Restored windows launches each tab in a suspended state to minimize the load time when opening lots of tabs at once.
