Also, George is a super nice guy he goes out of his way to support his customers. I only wish I had the skills to write something like this myself.

Despite the fact that on the subscription page you have an icon of this payment system, you persistently redirect to pages where I have to enter all my payment card details? Is this some kind of advanced fraud? I do not want to use the trial version, I am ready to pay at once. But I don't want to enter my bank card details on obscure and uncertified pages of sites.

• (2023-09-15) Michael Simpson: Works great on dynamic tables. It has a little bit of a learning curve, so I suggest you watch all of the videos, but in the end it worked great for me, highly recommend it.

• (2023-06-29) Afroditi Fragkou: I haven't used much the free versin, as I usually share the tables I create rather than copying from elsewhere. However, I recently needed to get data from a table in a pdf and with a tight deadline to do so, so I got the pro version. It saved me enormous time of copying and pasting line by line! Even though it's a beta version and the language of the data in the table was in greek script, it worked pretty well. It could get a bit better if it allowed to declare null cells in the first column, or if one could insert cells before exporting, to avoid mistakes after the export. I love the feature of exporting straight to xlsx instead of going through csv. Overall, I think it's a life saver and, since I've needed George Mike twice since I first installed the extention, I have to say that he's one of a kind as far as support services go (he was like that, before I went pro, so I really appreciate the time and effort he puts in making sure the user is statisfied).

• (2023-06-02) Jayla N.: Used to work a while back, now it just stopped working :( It's been a while since I've used the extension, but it did work before on this specific site I was on when I first downloaded the extension. Now, it would recognized the table, but there's no data shown. The preview would be blank, the manual copy to clipboard would be blank, and the export to Google sheets didn't work either. I've tried resetting the options page and nothing works either. :(

• (2023-05-19) Beatle UK: It didn't work for me, it recognised the table but the export to Google sheets didn't work. The Copy table data to clipboard worked but was unusable as it was no longer in a usable format I added it, tried it and removed it.

• (2023-03-27) Markus Meierer: TableCapture works great and is very reliable. Eventually, I paid for the Pro account as the additional features are really time savers (e.g., the auto-paging feature). Mike, who develops the plugin, is also very responsive. I was having trouble scraping a particular web page with very "convoluted" HTML code, and he was very helpful in getting TableCapture to work properly. Thanks again for this!

This thing works amazing allowing me to easily convert tables into CSV/Excel files. Works great for legacy systems that do not have export to excel functions. Or some systems that exports in weird ways! Totally worth the price of admission!

• (2023-02-20) Euripides' Trousers: A truly wonderfully designed extension that has become a can't-live-without tool for me. It's very easy to use, with a lot of thoughtful features that allow you to customise its use to your needs. Works beautifully to extract pretty much every html table I've tried it on. I also like that it works on div tables too, and how you can direct it to find a selected element's parent so it can find which divs make up the table. One of the most useful features is being able to delete columns and rows. The tables I save often have empty or irrelevant columns, so this helps enormously in being able to extract just the table data I need. The export options (Markdown, CSV) yield excellent results, but I also like the simple copy to clipboard feature. I use this in conjunction with the Elastic Tabstops plugin in Notepad++ when I need to save simple text tables that line up correctly. The only feature that needs work is the PDF table extraction, which didn't give me great results. However, I've found I can combine using Table Capture and Tabula to extract tables from PDFs and export them to the formats I need. Great support - fast and very helpful responses from the developer. A gem of an extension that more people should know about!
• (2023-02-17) Brenden Beck: Great extension. It has an intuitive, seamless interface that I had no trouble using even though it was my first time. Its "dynamic" function allowed me to capture tables that were laid out across different pages. There's great customer service. Great product.
• (2023-02-17) Arvid Linde: Slightly clunky and won't copy full html (for example, table cells that contain urls will come out as plain text) however, considering the remaining Table add-ons on Chrome web store are completely non-functional, this will have to suffice. Thank you for making this, I guess...
