- It's useful but both the desktop app and Chrome extension reguarly stops working. I often have to completely remove and reinstall it to get it working again. I am currently looking for a replacement tool as it is happening to frequently now.

- I only wanted to record a video Once. No need to shove a thousand AI tool up my face, trick me into signing up and then the video ISN'T EVEN IN HD. Its in 420p which is just absolutely terrible and not to mention needing a trial to download a video. Its a SCREEN RECORDER EXTENSION. Anyways, its deleted now and thanks for wasting my time.

- I think if I want to record without audio input the extension and chrome itself should respect my decision, it's hard to record a video without audio input because I disable the mic, then start the video and loom shows popups, chrome shows popups, all over the window, hiding the content I want to share.

- As an Admin, I have connected and reconnected my accounts for both Loom and the Chrome Extension. This still fails and says "Your Workspace is not available". Something horrible has happened and this app no longer works.

- I've been using Loom for a while, and even though it's useful, it doesn't tell you when it stops recording. It just vanishes so it is definitely not the most user friendly (this has happened to me more than 3 times). It also never displays what the recording would show so there's a lot of guess work.

- Ruined by Atlassian faster than I ever thought possible. Convenience annihilated, functionality deleted, app forced, dystopian telemetry and spying installed. Will no longer use for any purpose.

- Since atlassian bought loom, everything went from bad to worse. I truly thought this app was an irreplaceable tool for work but now I need an alternative because it became so buggy, desktop app has terrible glithes too, but it is needed because the chrome extension is different in a suckier way. RIP to another tool ruined by AI and seemingly following an east west star as apposed to a north star.

- I swear to God, this is the most idiotic app I've ever had the misfortune to use. User starts recording from a browser tab? LET'S MOVE USER TO ANOTHER BROWSER TAB TO ASK WHICH BROWSER TAB TO RECORD. Lost your browser tab you started at? Too bad, lmao, you have three seconds to find it. User manages to get back to the tab in three seconds? Let's do the countdown AND WHEN RECORDING STARTS HAVE A POPUP THAT MICROPHONE IS NOT ENABLED, MAYBE THE USER WANTS TO START ENABLING DEVICES BECAUSE WHO DOESNT WANT TO SEE ALL THE SETUP IN THE RECORDING Ah, user clicked no, he doesn't want to enable microphone and restarted the recording? BUT ARE YOU SURE SURE YOU DON'T NEED MICROPHONE TO DO A SIMPLE SCREEN GRAB? LET'S ASK AGAIN AFTER RECORDING HAS STARTED!!!! God me mad enough to come here and leave a review. Most stupid UX in the existance of apps maybe ever. I recommend taking your lead designer and poking his face into this review until he realises the cumulative weight of his mistakes. Duck you, James. Do better or get into farming and let someone competent do the job you're so clearly unable to do.

- This used to work great before they added 100 features in. Now the basic "Record your screen" functionality is buggy. Half the time it won't keep up with switching tabs. Other times it won't record the sound. It's just not as good as it used to be. I'd trade all of the AI features for just the ability to record the screen without worrying if the sound broke or why the controls vanished.

- Good app! But meetings are a huge cost for us (we have ten and more call per day with engaged couples), so we had to get efficient. Minute Minder's AI agenda assistant helps by creating a buffer and coaching tips for each call. The active time alerts are visible to the host, keeping the momentum going with dynamic updates if the calendar changes. It’s been huge for our "% on time" rate.

- I love Loom, but moving the recording toolbar to the left side of the screen was a terrible UX decision. For those of us recording training videos inside WordPress or Squarespace, that space is critical, and the toolbar now sits directly on top of the admin menus I’m trying to demonstrate, which makes the Chrome extension nearly unusable. I’ve contacted support and keep being told to uninstall or use the desktop app, but I work in Chrome and need the extension to function properly there.
