- Keeper is pretty handy, sure it might have some glitches but they are quick to resolve if you submit a ticket. Travis from Keeper was prompt and helpful when I submitted a snapshot ticket submission, which was pretty easy to use (but I do feel more confidence in basic techical skills than most).

- I can't say how much less I worry about all the many accounts in my life now that I have Keeper. It's easy to use, it works really well with my iPhone, most of the time, I can just click on a login button, show the camera my face, and get right on task. I highly recommend the peace of mind that Keeper brings!

- Keeper has become indispensible for my online life. I no longer strain to remember my login information and easily breeze past the multitude of daily logins. - I've tried a number of different password managers including Dashlane, LastPass, Bitwarden and 1Password and Keeper is BY FAR the best... I loved it so much I purchased a 3 year subscription! I use it on Windows and Android and it works pretty much flawlessly, it's fast and looks great too.

- In general I like Keeper, but their browser extension fails all the time and I need to remove and reinstall it every 3-4 days. It's super annoying as you also need to reauthenticate the device, meaning you need to confirm both email and phone number plus master password. I wish the extension were more stable

- Great way to keep and generate passwords. Easily works between two iMacs, tablet and also cell phone. I like that it requires every couple of weeks to re-enter my master password...that way I never forget it.

- How can you suggest me an record when I'm not authorized cause the session expired? And why session expired after few hours?

- Work on the UX please. Login email gets saved even when "Remember email" is unchecked, logs out every few hours, vault refreshes at random times causing unsaved changes to be lost

- Keeper extension regularly causes significant negative impact on page loading. Most recently making GitlabCI pages load in 45+ seconds, same pages load instantly when extension is disabled.

- Works pretty well when it works but very temperamental in Brave. Sometimes it will hang up for minutes at a time and then load, other times it hangs the whole browser up then crashes.

- Having been on the lookout for a fully integrated iOS password manager, I was really hoping this would be it. I heard great things, saw the excellent reviews, and immediately bought a subscription, only to discover that unfortunately, it lacks iOS extension support for iPhone and iPad. Consequently, I can only give it a 3 star and will update my review to 5 stars once full iOS Safari support is introduced.

- Keeper's extension seems to trigger rescanning of the DOM every single time a new element is added to it. I have some webpages that add tens of thousands of options to a datalist after the page loads. This causes the keeper extension to then use 100% cpu and lock the tab for 20+ min. The elements added aren't even input elements. This means users of this site have to open an incognito window to avoid keeper from being loaded. Because keeper has CORS errors when trying to use the "on click" method instead of being active on all sites for our company's SSO login process, since the on-click method appears to try logging in directly from the extension while the "all sites" method opens a webpage and then you login from there.

- Love the convenience of being able to auto fill, but sometimes it doesn't recognize which record is associated to the site I am trying to login to. Which isn't a huge problem because I don't always have the website saved for keeper to know, but them I am not able to search for the correct one to auto fill. I fine myself logging into the actual Keeper site and copying the credentials from there and pasting onto the login screen which defeats the purpose of having this add-on. Some times it wants me to create a new record for a site that I already have one for. So if those tweaks can be worked out, that this would be great!

- I committed to Keeper years ago when LastPass was bought. Since then, I've been pleased with it. I like that it works smoothly in the vast majority of my use cases across four platforms (MacOS, iOS, Android, Brave/Chrome). I also like that the UI stays the same. I'd rather have consistency than a fancy new look. It's still a keeper for me! :-)
