• (2024-09-08) Kent Iglehart: I used to not like Keeper but I've become much more satisfied with it overtime. The only thing I would change is to not make you go to your web vault as much. You have to go there to setup 2FA credentials and do other things. I would like to be able to do everything for a given login from the extension itself.

• (2024-06-26) Felix Divall: Coming from 1password I feel that Keeper is lacking a lot. 2FA code is most of the times not inserted automatically and are hard to find. With 1password the Quick Access worked like a charm and 2FA never struggled. You could also find you logins by just starting to type in the input field. Comparing the Quick Access/KeeperFill of the two, Keeper is not as good. I might be picky as a super user, but the hotkeys can only be mapped to modifiers of their choice which is interfering with my existent shortcuts. I using Hyperkey on Mac which essentially is caps lock mapped to ctrl+alt+cmd, keeper only allows you to choose the modifiers with checkboxes: ctrl+cmd/alt/shift. I want to combine ctrl and cmd which isn't even possible. It's a terrible limitation as it's unnecessary. Might've liked it if I didn't know better. Sorry. EDIT 24-06-28: Even worse now. Forced to use it through company policy. Need to go in to the Web Vault and copy the values manually. Nothing shows up on the logon page.

• (2024-06-09) hasan bagci: Terrible experience. Many options are not working. The setting for 'keep logged in for xxx minutes' does not work, requiring daily cookie clearing to log in. Additionally, the extension sometimes indicates that you are not logged in, even though the website shows otherwise. The only way to fix this issue is by deleting cookies and restarting the browser. We are using the business version, and it is not worth it.

And on pages when it doesn't fill, the little widget also doesn't let me copy my card number--I have to open up the Vault to copy/paste it. EDIT 2024: The Keeper extension works great now. • (2024-03-15) Abhishek: Coming from LastPass, Keeper has a much better UX; unfortunately, the syncing just doesn't work across devices. I've seen it happen multiple times: create new credentials for a website "X", log-in fine on my desktop; go to mobile and poof, it doesn't seem to have any idea about "X". I literally had to call my wife to log in to the desktop and send over the password once. Syncing seems like a solved problem so i'm baffled why this happens.

No option to disable particular sites from being tracked, so it endlessly asks to save the credentials from the same websites. It's only plus imo is that it can save files. latest version in latest chrome absolutely kills chrome. I typically have hundreds of tabs open and this extension renders chrome unusable.

I got so used to it that I chose to get a personal account and manage all my secrets there. The personal plan is quite cheap, I really feel that for close to nothing I have a good and safe place to manage my passwords and logins. Totally recommended!

• (2024-01-13) Brian Harvey: It is simple to use and the chrome extension is very nice. It has been having issues on iPados lately saying I need to reenter my master password and then not accepting it, but other than that, I have used it for around 7 years and have never had any complaints.

The modern UI, the annual pricing structure is a bit high in comparison to BitWarden ($35.99 vs $10 flat), I believe it is well worth it. Especially the offering of secure storage, this platform is my go-to for credential management!
