• (2021-03-12) Richard Lloyd (K3tonan): If your looking for something very minimalistic and are not a tab hungry monster like some this would suffice. FreshStart has been my longtime favorite. It is minimalistic and yet saves the sessions in your bookmarks for syncing while giving you that extra crash recovery. I can export each session if needed to from one browser to a whole other browser. The only thing it lacks is export as a whole and turn on/off loading the tabs on restore. Tab aside by xfox111.net is another light weight tab/session manager and lacks tab/session recovery and the ability to include other windows. It does however allow you to restore without loading all the pages (a must IMHO). Tab Aside by Concinnitas Apps another light weight w/out recovery LayZ - Tab Manager only noting as it has a few interesting features I have not seen regarding Audible tabs. Don't think its very useful though as it doesn't appear you can save multiple session. Super Focus Tabs - Another good mention, room for improvement regarding Tabs. Not seeing an option for Sessions though. Others I am testing Tab Session manager and Session Buddy Thanks and keep up the good work. Look forward to coming back for any updates.

• (2019-10-25) Stigg: I love this session manager. I think it's the best for Chrome. But how do you restore tabs without including your homepage? So, for example: If I closed down Chrome that had 3 tabs open. When I open Chrome the next time, it opens at my homepage, which is Google. But when I click on the 3 tabs in TabHamster from my previous session, it opens the 3 tabs, but also leaves my homepage open as well. I just want it to restore the 3 tabs without it leaving the home tab behind, just like Firefox does it.

• (2019-03-18) Yanosh Fenveshi: До недавнего времени расширение меня полностью удовлетворяло, однако появление ограничения на количество сохраняемых вкладок всё испортило. Цитирую: "Также есть ограничения на размер записываемых за один раз данных. Это приблизительно 17 - 24 вкладок (табов)." С таким ограничением расширение теряет смысл его использовать тк это ограничение противоречит моим юз кейсам, благо есть много альтернатив... Позже было замечено, что такое явно не корректное сообщение о превышении числа вкладок бывает связно с некоторыми вкладками, в частности при наличии "спящих" вкладок усыплённых с помощью расширения Tab Hibernation.

• (2017-10-18) Khalil Gdoura: Respect. Extremely intuitive solution that allows you to switch from one "mode" to another (professional, shopping, articles to read, ..) by just clicking on the appropriate group. Thus, you don't have to handle multiple windows to group your tabs.

  Было бы неплохо если б была кнопка для пересохранения/обновления группы вкладок, например рядом с кнопкой "Добавить ссылку в групп". Это бы избавило от необходимости удалять группу, а затем снова создавать и писать ее имя

  I am running into an issue. I can add the extension and I can create a group, however that is about it. If I click on anything else (add, edit, delete, expand) the extension just hangs and nothing happens.

  Можно ли попросить сделать в настройках, чтобы новое окно открывалось в полный экран? Поясню: сейчас, когда окно открывается, вкладки и кнопки "свернуть, развернуть и закрыть" в правом верхнем углу располагаются на разных строках - сверху идет полоса на которой кнопки, а следующим уровнем идут уже вкладки. Приходится разворачивать окно кнопкой "развернуть" (ну или дабкликом по верхней полосе), чтобы и вкладки и кнопки были в один уровень на одной строке.

  1. При нажатии на сохраненную группу часто открываются не все вкладки. Иногда открывается одна, иногда две-три-четыре. Причем открываются всегда - первые по-подяку. Но иногда сразу открываются и все вкладки группы. Короче закономерности не уловил. В группах вкладок не много - 5-10 штук. 2. При нажатии кнопки "Открыть в новом окне" просто открывается новое окно, но сама группа вкладок не открывается. Приходится открывать эту группу еще раз, уже в этом самом новом окне.
